So, seeing as Trump's enemies will try to stop him from using any power this year by threatening a change against the current administration (which almost always happens at midterms like this)... he definitely shouldn't use any powers! He should just give up ahead of time and go golfing and let the Dems take over next year.

After some careful consideration, I have realized this is a losing battle. I would've argued that we still need to maintain semi-decent optics to get the retarded normie independents on board.
