The prophecy of Null shall be fulfilled!

When I first saw this post in 2024, I thought Null was being a debbie downer, there's no way this shitshow goes on another 2 YEARS!!!
TBF, I think Null had a typo. He said "end" when he meant to say begin. Hopefully we do see it begin in 2026! God forbid what that looks like though considering how off track this shitshow tends to get.

At this point, I can't even imagine this getting to trial. It's either eternal limbo (the heat death option) or dismissal on motions. Imagine how long discovery would take. The scheduling orders come off as comedic writing at this point.

Hasn't he claimed on social media to be "like an attorney"? (I may actually be hallucinating that, so please be patient with me, I'm retarded)

If he has, that might be an interesting (read: amusing) line of questioning to direct toward him.
Perhaps you're thinking of the footnote he put in the Secretary of State lawsuit?:

Like the previous poster, I also remember something on social media way before this filing where he claims that paralegals are basically lawyers that are limited in a few aspects. Trying to find it but there's so much making fun of the concept that it's hard to keyword search.

Nippleless Woman said on Rekieta's stream that she went to the same paralegal class as him and that it was advertised as "Do all but two things a lawyer can do" which undoubtedly contributed to his inflated sense of his "paralegal degree"

I've theorized before that his parent's might've also fallen for the hype, because Russell said his dad wanted to pay for him to go back to school and "finish" his legal degree, as if he just needed a couple more credits to do the other two things and he'd be a licensed attorney.

Russell's also whined about Hardin coming from Virginia where he could've apprenticed his way into being a lawyer (Hardin didn't do it this way) and that he didn't have the same privilege, probably BECAUSE Russell only recently learned he can't actually work his way up from paralegal to partner in the firm.

He's claimed to be going back to school to be a lawyer, so he at least knows now the path he'd actually have to be on

Yup. This is a very low priority case. Nobody has been murdered, raped, robbed at gunpoint or trafficked huge quantities of controlled drugs. More importantly, neither party is a huge corporation.
Thus, the case should be disposed of with dispatch, not allowed to drag on for over five years, with an enormous docket completely disproportionate to the importance of the case.
Perhaps you're thinking of the footnote he put in the Secretary of State lawsuit?:
In that lawsuit: "I'm pretty much Clarence Darrow, bitches."
In this lawsuit: "But I'm just a poor little retard."

So what are the bets for who files first in the new year?
I'm going for a split bet on Greer. The next thing he needs to file is actually over on the other lawsuit against the Nevada SoS, either an IFP application or the filing fee. I bet he's agonizing over how to file IFP over there without Hardin alerting them to his non-IFP status over here. Or he's trying to figure out if paying the fee over there puts the lie to his redacted filings of being unable to pay $80 to retrieve documents.

So my bet is Greer will file in two suits at once: once on the SoS side, requesting to pay or go IFP under seal; and once over here, asking for a preliminary injunction against Hardin, Josh, and KF (a website) to prevent them from filing notices on his other lawsuit.

I thought we weren't supposed to give him any ideas? Your bit at the end there is actually something he might try if he thought of it since he's stupid enough to do so. I wouldn't want him to get any ideas from here and make all involved parties life more difficult than it is.

I wouldn't have posted it if I thought it was a good idea, it's just a Greer-brained idea. I'm pretty sure there's no legal basis for either filing. Legalities aside, it would probably be self-sabotage to try it, at least on this suit. On the other lolsuit it would alert everyone that he's an unserious retard (even more than his actual Complaint did).

Anyway I don't think Greer actually reads this thread, but if mods think it's too close to good advice they can nuke it. Wouldn't be the first time. I think we're at the point The Onion hit, where reality was so stupid they couldn't do good parody any more.

The problem is that even bad filings cost Null money, and the response runs the risk of additionally annoying the (likely bored or worthless) judges.

Putting all my KiwiBucks on the triple parlay:

Moneyline: Greer's will show up first. He has several sitting in the clerk's email that will post Monday morning

Spread: Greer by 1.5 motions

Over/Under: 4.5 and I'm taking the under

Side prop bet for funsies: Greer will send at least one motion to the wrong court before this is all over

The people in this thread who've claimed that Rusty is incapable or unwilling to think tactically are correct, aren't they? He's now painted himself into a corner, and could have easily avoided doing so had he merely cooled his brothel jets for a couple of more years. (Of course, in one or two years (or whenever Nevada has its next statewide election cycle after 2026) this case will still be floating in the bowl, waiting to be flushed down, so it might not matter in the end.)

So my bet is Greer will file in two suits at once: once on the SoS side, requesting to pay or go IFP under seal; and once over here, asking for a preliminary injunction against Hardin, Josh, and KF (a website) to prevent them from filing notices on his other lawsuit.
If Rusty ends up trying to file IFP, there's nothing stopping private citizen Hardin from emailing the Nevada SoS with a link to this case with the note "Hey, you might want to look into Green's IFP status." I have a difficult time believing that Greeeee would be able to get even a preliminary injunction on that.
