It has it's own elements of racial insults and weird fetishisation - but most instances are different from BNWO material. I unfortunately had to see either at some point in my life, so I can describe the differences.
BLEACHED branches into:
Nazi-esque illustrations of women from the "inferior" races, the healthiest looking ones, being given to the best white males to copulate - with the intent of breeding out the darker skin or non-European features. Sometimes it includes demeaning toward the "inferior" race males, or abuse toward them (Cucking most prominently) - but it's rarely the actual focus. White World Order included;
Colonisation fetish (LOL) - N-million images of the white devil seducing noble native american dames or african kweenz. Again, can include abuse toward male specimens, but mostly focuses on the non-white woman abandoning her own tribe and being civilised through sex\marriage with the white man.
General racial fetishism - just European features being considered the best, along with European culture. Mostly asian women depicted\involved - if it's an American person depicting the idea - a latina or black girl from rundown areas getting in bed with the white devil and being amazed at just how good it is to live near whites, when you're in their favour , and have their kids (I guess).
This is all that I can say on the matter of it's subject, as I have never delved deep into any fringe subsections of it, nor do I ever wish to. A rule of thumb, though - the stuff involving asians will also involve cucking more than with other ethnicities.
Now, what sets it apart from BNWO - is that it's rarely actually focused on any violence, revenge or literal physical disposal - and for the matter of the thread - pedophilia or coercion of other males into such activities. Although, online there might exist some femboy subgenres of BLEACHED, but the IRL or at least real photo based BLEACHED doesn't have that.
The more IRL-based side of it also like to photoshop porn magazine covers. Don't ask me why.
