It's basically a $1000 CD/my money market account that the government gives you at birth. It gains interest and matures when you turn 18. At that point it's yours to do whatever with.
This sounds a lot like some of the schizo shit that Sovereign Citizens talk about.

Some Sovereign Citizens are convinced that the U.S. government uses its citizens as collateral, setting up corporate trusts in citizens’ names which it funds with vast sums of money. The purpose of this, they allege, is so that the government can bring all citizens under its control.

This theory claims that the U.S. government sets up a corporate entity in a person’s name when they are born, creating two separate identities. The corporate identities – so-called ‘strawmen’ – allegedly coexist alongside people’s ‘flesh and blood’ personas. Sovereigns assume it is only this corporate identity which is subject to government legislation. It is typically believed that this strawman can be identified through the government’s use of capital letters on legal documentation: when names are written in uppercase letters (JOHN DOE) on birth certificates, tax documents or car registration, this supposedly indicates an individual’s strawman – or corporate identity – is addressed.

Sovereigns believe that people can revoke or opt out of their contractual relationship with the government by employing certain tactics. They may, for example, sign documents using variations of their names, use punctuation, different spelling, or use red ink. Other strategies include avoiding the use of ZIP-codes or addresses, carrying custom-made driver’ licenses and car license plates. To their belief these tactics acquit them from the obligation to abide with U.S. federal and state laws, and the tax system.

My only problem is that they're blaming "older White men" to obfuscate a good chunk of what happened. In Hollywood, "old white guy" is usually code for Jew.
To be fair, boomers fucked up the world hard along with jews, sometimes harder than them, and not just white boomers, beaner boomers are responsable for voting a lot of the marxists plaguing south america into power, a lot of venezuelan old fucks are having boomer's remorse for fucking the country over because they thought chavez was the second coming of christ or whatever (not that it matters anyways they are still cucked but at least the youth here is quick to remind the geriatrics to shut the fuck up)

You KNOW what the satellites are capable of but certain areas you just get these absurdly lazy smudge jobs with horrendous crops, why even put something there if its that impossible to make out what it is up close?

I dont got all the awnsers it just irks me how lazy they are with the cover up and people will just go

"Durr the satellite just took a bad picture cause not alot of people want to look there" like these companies are just going out of there way to make shitty products. WHY TAKE THE PICTURE IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE IT SHIT?

There's a ton more to do re immigration:

1. Curtail F-1 OPT and CPT. H-1B is the well known visa but OPT is what allows the following exceptionally common path: migrant goes to a master's program in some US university then gets hired on the 3 year OPT extension while submitting H-1 applications. Many of these programs have minimal real academic requirements and exist to funnel money into universities that really couldn't exist otherwise (peak 18 year old happened or is very near). CPT is just 1 year. The kicker is that since these are "nonresident aliens" employers can avoid FICA saving 5-10% on taxes. Of course our schizophrenic immigration laws still allow you to claim immigrant intent the whole time!

Fortunately OPT extension is just an administrative rule (thanks Obama) so DHS could end it by submitting a proposal for rulemaking tomorrow.

2. Enforce citizenship and "hire american" requirements stringently on federal grants to universities and contractors. There is zero reason federal money should be paying the wages or education of noncitizens.

3. Crack down on L-1. This was intended for intra-company transfers but is abused to bypass the H-1 lottery. You work for 1 year overseas then get a visa to move you to the US. Would probably need congressional limits.

4. Require e-verify for every state. Make it a condition of receiving federal funds for highways, medicaid and SNAP.
