IMO its funnier if he doesn't and leaves it hanging over the case until Russ has to explain his insanity himself. But I'm expecting some sort of filing from Russ, probably another unhinged motion.

*I am in no way sure which is legally best for the defense, or considered correct procedure - Hardin and null should obviously do what is best.
Hardin can and likely will spend the $26 for a copy of everything. And file it all into the Federal Case docket. Probably a Motion for an injunction barring Greer from fucking around like this in any other Court or Jurisdiction while this case is still ongoing.

This does make a compelling case for labeling Greer as Vexatious at least as far as Null, the Farms and their Attorneys are concerned.

Russell, russ russ russ...there are no words to describe how stupid you are being. You are attempting to directly attack a man who buys ink by the barrel. You have made it personal.

I'm going to risk Null's wrath and directly help you. I am doing this because you will never listen to this. Stop the protective order and get on bended knee before Hardin, kiss the ring, and stop suing his client. Because if you don't, well, I don't know how nice of a guy Hardin is in person. He seems relatively friend shaped. But even the most super and fantastic of friends will not suffer an attack like this gladly. He will respond, he will demolish your case, he will wring every discontinued penny he is owed out of your drooling face.

May God have mercy on you, for He is good and loving. There is no lawyer on the planet who will have mercy for someone who directly tries to fuck them in the ass.

Only then in the second week of January can the court reasonably return to schedule
Ah, you see, then we run into MLK Day, so perhaps a hearing should be scheduled out a little further into February to account for that federal holiday. Thankfully Valentine's is on a Saturday, so Greer won't accidentally double-book an Olive Garden date with a sanction hearing. I reckon the trauma lumps growing rather ruins one's appetite, after all.

Please, if the judges recover from the holidays in January and decide to do any work, the hearing won't be scheduled until at least March at this point. I wonder if either of them even realizes they can tell the parties off like was done in the Acerthorne case.

People keep referring to this as an emergency order of protection, but where was it shown to be an emergency request?
If it were an emergency order I’d’ve expected it to be ruled on same day, maybe with results posted when the court was open. Iirc they keep a judge on speed dial for true emergencies, but maybe the clerk has leeway to file obvious bullshit in the “wait until Monday” file.

A question to this thread's members of the the tribe who specialize in in law. What are the likely and potential ramifications to the copyright(?) lawsuit after today's events? Can I expect an eventual verbal smackdown whenever the judges perform their biannual duties? Could it be more, or is it most likely they'll barely even acknowledge it?
I don't expect any direct effects, nor any acknowledgements any time soon (if ever).

So it seems Greee has opted to escalate the fucking around. When, exactly, does the finding out begin?
I think only God knows that, but I do believe when the finding out finally happens, it will be truly glorious

IIRC he's filed other restraining orders that were denied on the same day he filed them,
For a brief moment, I feel a pang of pity for Geee, for being too retarded to have taken to heart the lesson in the fable of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Then I remember he's trying to destroy Null on false pretenses, and I instead say, "Lol. Get wrecked, shitlips."

Will this frivolous PPO from Russ help Null/Hardin in getting awarded lawyer fees at the end of the copyright case (if by a God-given miracle it ever ends, that is)?

Ostatnio edytowane:
I'll get the docs as fast as the Postal Office works then
If you DM me details I'll send you some crypto. You've been an absolute powerhouse in getting documents for this case and others, and I don't think it's right that you always cover the cost.

Re: the case - let's go, felted etc. Suffah shitlips.

"The person stalking me is the opposing counsel for a COPYRIGHT case I initiated and am currently losing"

"Ah I see, attempting to get a restraining order against opposing counsel is an interesting choice of legal strategy, especially if opposing counsel has clear and damning evidence of your deception to the court about IFP staus and creepy obsessive behaviour towards sex workers. Have you ever considered the likelihood that you're Greeetarded?"

"THATS DISCRIMINATION! SEE YOU IN COURT!"
I tried something like that earlier and the reply started with "Well that certainly adds complications." It still gave information on how to file a restraining order but stressed that it would have to be conduct outside of the case/professional setting. Which, needless to say, Russ would believe it is (it is not).

Do my eyes deceive me, or is this AIslop filing completely bereft of any caselaw citations whatsoever?

he's probably scared to use the caselaw citations because someone caught the watermark.

It's funniest to imagine that Greer is so paranoid about this that he believes there's some special way to tell beyond the small bit of text appended to the URL and is now removing every citation instead of taking fifteen seconds to edit them. The return of bizarre formatting into the documents seems to suggest that he might be using AI to generate small pieces that he cobbles together into the final document as opposed to generating the entire document at once and making his own adjustments in parts.

All of this and it's only Tuesday.
