*Certain tribes like the Comanches who killed the white man on sight were killed by people defending themselves taming the American frontier*
Loony leftists: MURDERING COLONIZERS!!!
*The word "slave" is literally derived from the word "slav" because the enslavement of white people by middle easterners was so prevalent at that time that it created a new fucking word*
Loony leftists: That was HUNDREDS of years ago you need to get over that!
Indians would kill the men, rape and kill the women, then take the kids as slaves. After the fighting died down, Whites would try to buy them back when the could. A great (x4 or 5) aunt of mine in the 1800's ended up in a Canadian convent after she was ransomed. The newspaper article on it didn't say what happened to her Indian children.

One might argue that's more or less what we got with K-Pop Demon Hunters. Three cute, hetero girls singing songs and fighting objectively evil bad guys while also swooning over bad boys. People were so friggin' starved for even that meagre a skeleton of a "normal" storyline that it got a full theatrical release and broke records. And this shit was cliched already way back when Sailor Moon was a thing.
I mean, that movie is also SEO and Algorithm coded to Hell.

-K-pop, arguably the most popular genre with ages 8-22 is the first word in the title despite the music genre itself not needing to be in the title at all

-Demon is the second word in the title and Demon is a popular search result and genre online especially in the webtoon space which is mostly Korean dominated and thus super popular with k-pop fans

-The characters do a ton of meme faces at all times

That whole movie is extremely vapid and artificial, which ironically makes it a perfect representation of k-pop as an industry, which is probably why it’s such a mega hit

The fact that they're hearing the case at all is a good sign. Admittedly you only need 4 Justices to approve cert for a case on the merits docket. But every other case dealing with Trump firing someone from an "independent commission" was taken on the emergency docket, with this one being the exception. Most likely because its dealing with essentially the same exact circumstances as Humphrey, except its Trump instead of FDR now.

As someone who believes in a unified Executive, I'm all for it. The idea that there are apparatuses of the Executive which the President has limited control over because Congress says so is so completely unconstitutional, even if the intention was good at the time (the Supreme Court was trying to hinder FDR's retarded New Deal bullshit). "The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." These are the first words of Article II of the Constitution, it could not be any clearer.

Edit: changed from 3 to 4 Justices, because I was mistaken.

Look at the college level. There are so many art, theater, and musical performance majors. I don't think 90% (lower bounds) end up working full time in their major of choice. These people also tend to be mentally ill, queer, physically unwell, and diverse. In other words, the last people in the world who should be asked to make art. That aside, for every 20 students they graduate, realistically there's only 1 real position. The arts are a joke degree for idiots and the rich.
I have to assume, especially given the mentally/physically unwell aspect, that a lot of these people perhaps had that "joy of creation" brain wiring but never attained the dicipline required to actually take it to its conclusion. Anyone who's seriously dedicated to the craft is going to know that a portfolio is all that matters in terms of getting a job; people in art degrees often have no long term prospects and simply went into it because they were the "art kid" in middle school and failed to grow out of that, or into any other field.

I see them as the other side of the "art purely as a business" artist coin in being completely devoid of merit or a hook to make them stand out, though unlike the latter I doubt AI would affect their urge to create art, as quality notwithstanding they actually do get motivated by making art itself and not the concept of the money around it. There's a reason so many of them want gibs!

I think writing obtusely on purpose is really stupid and incites pretentious faggots to jack themselves off over being able to understand the basic themes.
You are right but it works for me since I have a background in this.

Between 4chan, Kiwi Farms, and Twitter (I'm sure there's others), we gotta have some separation between Europe and the U.S.
There's no way in hell these fuckers should be fining or dictating ANYONE, especially BASED IN THE U.S., for exercising our rights.
Legally yes but that's it. The West shouldn't be splintered into different Internets, even if the Europeans are faggots.

I almost felt bad for the kids, but then I noticed they were black so I’m sure they would’ve been molested anyways
That girl is safe

I agree, but grad school for the arts is valuable because it's a small-group setting where everything you work on and feel proud of as the product of all your years of prior effort gets ripped apart until you either kill yourself or get better. Up to that point it's rare to get the kind of feedback that actually makes you better, and if you're just doing a portfolio and submissions it's rare to get any feedback if a client doesn't go with you.

Plus, making professional contacts is especially important since most of the work you're going to get is contract to contract or commission gigs and the hardest thing is getting your first publication or soundtrack or whatever it is you do (it sounds like visual arts so that might be totally different). Once you get that first shot and do good work it's a lot easier, but to your point, there are a lot of people who just put a portfolio together without honing it and confronting their weak spots and then blind submit for everything like Rajdeep and Java jobs, and those are the people who are competing against AI. Shit like podcast intro music or Spotify ambient playlists will be AI but if you respect yourself properly as an artist you're not competing for that, it's always going to be cheapest/lowest common denominator.
