To be fair, what's changed? Our border is "secure", but we're making up the difference with H1B's and student visas?

They haven't increased under Trump, he's the first president ever to curb them at all. Even the 600,000 Chinese students he referenced are already here, it's more that Trump doesn't have an absolute line of fixing it entirely.

Has he done some good things? Sure. But certainly nothing that actually reverses our rapid decline into an "economic" zone. Like it or not, we likely can't win by playing within the two party system. We will, at some point, have to form our own group interests and align behind people who represent them.

While I agree, that only means the best course of action is to let the Republican party collapse so the fence sitters feel the desperation necessary to enact real change. The European governments know this and are trying to appeal to the sensibilities of their native populations. They don’t want an army of disloyal, disorganized, rapey Muslims that don’t understand discipline and patriotic sentiments.
