I think Herbert Hoover granted a temporary relief on reparation payments to the German government during the Great Depression (before Hitler) and then no other payment plan was agreed upon prior to the start of WW2.

However, no companies within Allied countries were ever punished for assisting the Nazis even during the war. These companies include: Chase Bank, l'Oréal, IBM, General Motors, Standard Oil, Nestlé, and others.

The asset seizures and sanctions placed upon Russia and its citizens are unprecedented in history. Even during the Cold War, such punitive measures weren't implemented.

I have good news and bad news:

The bad news is out of the 2 videos I have seen claiming to be from the latest strike 1 refuses to download for some reason (thankfully it is 6 seconds long and isn't anything to write home about) and the one that did download is more audio than film and catches no explosion.

The good news is that the audio speaks for itself. I'm no expert in explosions but either something cooked off or the city's remaining air defences fired a good chunk of their munitions.

No one is going to be conscripted least of all women. I have no idea where you got that from but you should know by now that not only the other side uses bullshit made up news.

They have agreed to muster all 18 year old MALES. And only German males obviously. Not even sure if most of the youth has actual German citizenship these days. But that's another discussion.

After that muster nothing happens if they don't go to military service by their own volition. If not enough recruits are found this way they are thinking about a lottery and forced conscription which obviously will be sued against and overthrown by the Bundesverfassungsgericht.

Women are not included AT ALL. But are allowed to participate if they wish.
