Genuinely every mainstream or mainstream adjacent commentator isnt hitting the actual core issue causing the problems with housing etc. Like it or not, and not to sound too socialist here, but I truly believe corporate america and that class is behind a lot of these problems. The left was right that illegals did make up a mlarge part of the grunt work in america(definetly in my area at least). And really its the corporate class that stands to benefit the most from them coming in, because its a source of cheap labor that also will not unionize. If you legitamately dig into the history olf corporater america and the shit they pull, most likely youll see that the entire group needs to face the wall. Dorsnt mean you have to be a commie or anything, but these people are legitamately evil. Also, funnily enough deportations(if theyre happening) i predict would actually make the housing crisis even worse. Because there wont be anyone actually building houses, and its not because americans arent willing to do those jobs, its housing developement corporations utterly refusing to pay the higher labor cost.
You don't need to build new housing if you deport 20 million illegals. You just let the market adjust to the hugely increased supply of recently vacated housing.

A 50-year mortgage on a modest $200k note at 6% means a $1600ish/ month payment. After a year you've paid down $1000 of principal. It's 40 years before you've paid off even half the principal. That's a long time with minimal skin in the game.
I think having a $1600 a month locked in housing cost has benefits in the long term. An $1800 a month in rental today could be up to $4700 or more in 20 years (at a 5% annual rate increase). It's not as advantageous as buying a house used to be, but it's still better than renting.

I imagine the redditards of 2045 will be complaining about how you got in on the ground floor and pulled up the ladder behind you with your 50 mortgage. Sadly predictable.

At times I wonder if humanity has come so far just to re-invent serfdom. Time will tell.

people will be constructing guillotines if an $1800 house costs nearly $5000 in 20 years. we're already pretty much at the mathematical limit of what the average person can physically pay for this shit. The system will collapse before it gets there.

American universities are for retards who want to get useless degrees, explore their sexuality, waste their parents money, and become a pinko.
For a FRACTION of the price you can go to a community college and get a degree that actually fucking matters and will get you a job.
The Degree system is a means of discrimination against those that don't have one.
Therefore prioritizing non-whites is a method of social engineering non-whites into positions of power, economy, and influence.

It's not a scam, it's a ploy.
