I'm not remotely scared of Rekieta or his mom's money and he already has my name and address from two different things so that ship sailed. In my case it's the retarded muh don't touch the cow crap combined with not naming others involved. The chances of him being awarded costs are pretty low, even if he wins. That's because there isn't anything in the statute to allow cost shifting.

It might have happened if Aaron's case was so badly brought and full of bullshit, but it clearly wasn't.

Ironically, Aaron has a good shot at getting his costs, if he is able to show the other parties are in contempt of court (like violating orders).
