Growing up, my US house had a W/D set but in the UK at that time only millionaires had tumble dryers.

We can afford to buy them. We just can't afford to use them.

"Well, I just find them interesting/amusing, and so do a lot of other people/my audience!"

So Nick's relationship with Kurt is somewhat like Kiwifarms' relationship with Nick.

I have no animus towards Nick Rekieta, even though he's a self-confessed cuckold who fed cocaine to his child but his content -- particularly when he's discussing his personal life -- is wildly amusing to me and to a host of other people here on Kiwifarms.

Kurt is dull as ditchwater by comparison.

Now that Nick has been outed as a cuck that cokeslammed his child, I wonder if he still finds it funny to laugh at Toye for cuckery and remote control throwing (it is).

It's obvious that Nick is trying to turn Kurt into what NLO / TLP turned Aaron into - he's trying to adopt their content generation model. He probably picked Kurt because he's an easy target with a big backlog. This is probably because Nick knows he's not taken seriously as a Lawyer / former lawyer and he needs to pivot.

Nick is not self-aware enough to realise that he and Kurt are really no different - oddball, bad at cooking with videos to show for it, not a strong legal resume. Ultimately, Kurt could just do the exact thing to Nick for luls - like he did for the Denny's gag.

To me, the consistent lie related to the bodycam footage/inside the home photos is really amusing and bizarre. Remember, when the transcripts of the bodycam footage came out, Nick didn't say the women didn't go watch it. He says the lied about how messy the home was. He then posts photos he CLAIMS were from the bodycam, but were obviously taken much later, most likely for a CPS report after the home was cleaned. Now that a real photo of how messy the home was has come out, Nick has to flail around to continue the lie that the women were lying about how messy the home was on the bodycam footage. He could just admit a half-truth, or even cope and say "I was in a dark place before the arrest, I was on so many drugs and my life was falling apart, my home was messy because we never cleaned due to drugs, it is better now" and that would be a decent excuse. But instead, he has to maintain a pile of interconnected lies, which include lies such as:
  1. At the time of the arrest, my home wasn't that messy
  2. Doing drugs didn't damage my family or home as much as the police arresting me did, it is all the government's fault
  3. Local women were paid off by Josh "Johm Potter" Moon to watch the bodycam footage and lie about how bad it was, because they are incel prudes
So now the excuse for the latest photo is that "it was right after a vacation so we dumped all our clothes on the floor while we did laundry, this had nothing to do with the arrest or drugs". Nick Rekieta just is trapped in a pile of lies that he created, and he has to constantly come up with more and more lies to make the previous ones coherent. Instead of just admitting it in the first place.

Anyway I think StarTrak is Kayla herself getting some revenge on Nick.

Taking that to its logical conclusion, Kayla would be correct in allowing Nick to abuse the kids.
Absolutely not. Where or when would abusing children logically be in the interest of the spouse or marriage? Selfish criminal behavior is not excused by parents or spouses. For similar reasons, Kayla doesn't have to tolerate adultery just because Nick does it. Even so, society has constructed a spousal privilege to protect the marriage and recognize the relationship's high status. No child, parent or sibling privilege exists as far as I can tell.

In my mind, the excuse "We were fucked up on cocaine, keatamine, and molly 24/7 OF COUSE the house turned into a sty" would be a really simple and understandable explanation. But Nick has insisted that all the drug use had no impact on his ability to run his household, so he HAS to downplay the state of the house on the day of the arrest.

Maybe Aaron's "I fucked up a bunch because I was on drugs" strategy was the right move.

Needless to say Nick is a legal illiterate as usual. Qualified immunity applies to a violation of civil rights by an officer exercising discretionary functions, the kind of action generally pursued under 1983.

It does not cover negligence. Exposing children to cocaine is not a discretionary function. Qualified immunity wouldn't apply for instance if a drunk driving cop ran over your daughter. They'd probably still raise it even if you framed it as a pure negligence claim rather than a 1983 action, but it would not be an availing defense for a nondiscretionary act, i.e. a pure fuckup that did not involve a mistake of law.
Hopefully he retracts his statement.

An image from Ralph. The panel is laughing at Nick's shirt.
Take note of the floor and cabinets. Looks like shit as always.
When you have five kids your bedroom they shouldn't have unfettered access to will look like Mogadishu yesterday.
"Every warrior needs to plow the fields for a while before sunset, Ralph" - :really:

Jesus. Just get a tribal or barbwire tattoo across your bicep and check off that box for your midlife crisis.

(+ kids, though that's not the kids' fault)
Whats the point of having a bunch of kids if you dont use them for laundry slave labor?
My siblings and I could do our own laundry by the time we started primary school. Not saying we should have been responsible for making sure we had clean clothes (no allowances given), but it wasn’t a difficult chore. Unfortunately lack of appropriate responsibilities is probably the least damaging thing the Rekieta kids are being subjected to in that house of horrors.
That’s the extent of the neglect those children are living in. Bare minimum is a clean house, free of pests, allergens, mold, and LOOSE DRUGS. That takes basically constant upkeep and maintenance to maintain. My mom, with more kids than Kayla had, had her bouts of depression and sometimes the house was teetering on the edge of dirty, but she always knew she had to scrape herself together enough to keep the household going. Locking yourself in the bedroom to pop pills and watch Star Trek is not actually an option. Kayla is a failwife.

Children can and should be given chores, in my opinion as soon as possible. It teaches them a work ethic, which comes with earned self esteem and confidence in their competence. The Rekietas are millionaires, they could afford a chore wheel and a generous allowance system to reward their kids and give them some drive. Why would parents want to deprive their children of that?

When we had a laundry mountain- yes, 7 people will produce a mountain of laundry in two days if it’s not kept up with- we would have a “Folding Party”. Watch a movie in mom and dad’s room, everyone responsible for their own laundry, folding until it was all done and taking our clothes to our respective rooms to put away.

There is no reason on earth the Rekieta’s laundry needed to lay on the floor, stinking and unwashed, dog probably pissing everywhere, floor unseen, piling up all the time. Kayla was spinning out of control, and Nick just “took on” her responsibilities instead of giving her a good shake. It took her lover Aaron to even attempt to get the kitchen table cleared off. The Rekietas are proof that money doesn’t buy class, they're trashy drug-taking adulterous wiggers and worst of all, they’re FILTHY. They make their children live in FILTH.

We need to bring back the old tradition of sending melancholic women to the seaside for some contemplative time to sulk and recover.

Here's where Kiwi Farms discovered his gross, slatternly tattoo.
⚠️ FRESH INK ALERT ⚠️

Nick got a VERY feminine looking tattoo at the Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Festival over the weekend.

From a reel by the Instagram account @moving_muralsart, who is a recent follow of Rekieta’s, along with a few other colorful characters:

Note his growing midsection and the sores on his skin, and that the Chinese character matches his shitty torso tattoo:

As for the content of the tattoo, it looks like a tribute to Kayla, who has cherry blossoms and bluebells tattooed on her.

At least, I hope it’s a tribute to her. Otherwise it’s very gay looking. Maybe Kayla requested it as some kind of a humiliation ritual.
And this was the edit I made.
You forced me to see this shit, so now all of you must see this.

The Skelly Succubus of Spicer.

He sent this gross tattoo inked into his emaciated bod at various angles to try and hypnotise Mersh. He is a gross skelly slut.

There's a flaw in your logic here. Aaron would also not be morally required to tolerate a by-then clearly hopeless marital situation in which April was commiting adultery with Nick. I don't think he would have to put his spouse before his kids there.

I don't want to re-litigate the whole thing though. FFS, we've finally gotten things to talk about that aren't Aaron and the HRO.

Suffice it to say, I'd like to think most people here are in agreement that regardless of the propriety of what Aaron said, as his marriage was coming apart at the seams, it's not equivalent to what Nick told Ralph.

Nick told Ralph that he only wants April, and he did it this year, after she has clearly moved on with her life. He does not love Kayla. He does not care about his kids. He's still pining for that Minnesota 6. It's pathetic.

Meanwhile, Aaron has a new girlfriend, and April has gotten remarried. Nick and Kayla remain trapped in a loveless and non-committed marriage.

Or put another way: No, I don't see it as a "draw." I'd say that reveal by Ralph is... another win for the Toe.

In fact, somebody might want to go back and pull the tapes of the Vegas retard party. There might be some "aged poorly" bits in there when they were discussing Aaron's messages.

Or at least he says he's going to. Joy! More Kurt content.
i enjoy the tacit admission that he has zero actual content to work with other than to clown on a harmless nobody (no offense to kurt). what a lazy fucking bum.

"my life is literally crashing down all around me as i try to self-medicate myself to an early grave in a loveless, broken marriage only after completely blowing an infinite money glitch i stumbled into and have no interest in reconnecting with, and all i can muster for the content farm is making fun of someone i perceive as inferior to me."

YES! Why the need for #1? everyone expects the house to be a disaster, why does he need to pretend it Wasnt? compared to the positive drug test on the kid, who cares about the trashed house. and yeah - just say its not like that anymore, even stream from a few hallways to show they are clean and everybody moves on.

On #2 and #3, I am starting to wonder if all he has left is the idea that he is a good parent. You can attack him, his wife for the most part, and his ex-es are attackable with only a partial pushback back from Nick. But he goes ballistic if you don't buy into the concept that he is and always was a good dad. I think his fallout with yellowflash was over this. Maybe with Kurt as well?

Now that we have seen a couple nice pictures from StarTrak, as well as some crazy stories that Nick went out of his way to verify, I approve of the slow drip of information. It reminds me of the Ed Snowden leaks. The government had trouble responding to each article from the reporters like Glenn Greenwald because they were nervous what was coming next, and they had to be cautious what they admitted to or how they justified what was in the article because they didnt know if the stolen information could later prove they were lying.

But Nick doesnt seem to think that far ahead. adding extra lines into that special Nick the Narcissist prayer after each StarTrak post:

...but that was the laundry room, you just took a picture after a month long trip and just that room was messy
...and just because the kitchen was messy, that is from the trauma of my handyman dying. just those two rooms
...and the kids playrooom was messy because it... kids. just those 3
...and the kids homeschool room looked like the trash compactor room in the first star wars movie, the waste management union was on strike
...and the parents bedroom.... <I dont know what he will say here>

The Nick thread was too slow. It is still slow but I will log in for a few jokes that make me laugh, Folgers dabbleverse addict of the week, and StarTrak storytime. Who is this new mysterious person? Don't know and don't care - street cred already achieved.

I'm not sure that this will add to the conversation, but good housekeeping has never been Nick & Kayla's thing. This is around 2010 (?).

From this larger pic in the first home they owned, later occupied by the Hatfields, and then April, and then put up for foreclosure before its sale (I think Nick is living on the funds from this home, btw).

I cannot imagine living in a kitchen this cluttered but people have different temperatures. I'm still trying to give this woman some grace. It's really hard.

The funds from the sale of that house prevented the foreclosure on his current house. He maybe pocketed low five figures after the agents got through with it.

He's living off Celeste.
