Edit: Its definitely Hololive. Each EN generation debuted a month before the previous with Justice debuting in June. I'm guessing we are getting EN5 in May. Since she mentioned undergoing treatment for 3 months she will be done around January/February which leaves time for debut preparations. Also all of Justice announced their graduations on the same day 3 months before their debut. I'm assuming if the other EN5 members have not yet announced their graduations that they will in February. Ferumi likely announced hers early because she is undergoing treatment.
