Do we figure that sponsor scams are how they keep getting accounts popped? I don't recall if Kronii ever said how she was attacked. I assumed it was a sim swap or something.

Everyone I've ever seen explain how they got hacked by these crypto streams always ended up downloading a sus file from a fake sponsorship email. I'd imagine the attack vector would be different against a company like Hololive, but I have yet to hear a version of this attack that wasn't a sponsorship email.
(In all fairness, it could just be standard phishing stuff, like fake google or youtube emails.)

Kiara is talking about the Risu hack in the prestream chat of her upcoming stream. Apparently she's messaged management and Risu about it and Risu was able to fix things. (Hopefully Risu went and cleared all the active sessions and didn't just stop at deleting the stream.)

Most people aren't paranoid enough to avoid them completely, and confidence can sometimes cause you to overlook red flags. Spam filters made by jeets being bypassed by jeets is a big part of the problem as well.

They download the PDF. It steals their browser cache.
Cache has all their logins.
The simple solution would be they don't choose "Stay logged in" for the accounts.

It's just a word that naive young people love to use, until they grow up and reality hits them in the face. Kinda like meritocracy. Both are great concepts in theory, but fall apart almost immediately in contact with the real world.

Saying you just believe in "egalitarianism" is generally just a polite way of saying "fuck off I don't want to talk politics." It gives you a label so people won't press further, and it's a universally acceptable position to the point only the most rabid retards will attack you for it.
Anyone know what set her off on this tirade? Sounds like someone was giving her shit for not being political, or bringing up her more political past?

Quite the opposite actually, "Egalitarian" is most often tossed around by people who don't want to call themselves something like a feminist or the like. "Are you a Feminist?" "No I'm an egalitarian" with the implication being that Feminism doesn't seek equality.
Which is why dude is sperging out in her replies and calling it a dogwhistle. It's not really a right leaning thing to say, but it is something that terminally online lefties rage at and to the average internet person nowadays even if it's a neutral stance, neutral isn't left, so it might as well be right.
I don't generally subscribe to the idea that you should avoid calling retards retards because "you should know better" when they act retarded. I'd say it was stupid if she said this as Kronii but on her own personals there's no real reason to avoid it.
