Tehran's governor says management in the capital "has collapsed" and says all municipalities must freeze decision-making without approval from the Governor's office. He warns that water reserves in the capital are "below five percent."

This isn't a surprise. Netanyahu predicted this in 2018 and offered to give water conservation technology to Iran once the revolution happens.
