It's a Kurt video looking for a boyfriend-free-girl, explaining what he brings to the table and what he's looking for. It's full of jokes. At one point, Kurt mentions inviting the girl in for wine. At another, he says something about making pizza casserole. At another, Kurt says explicitly he is looking for women his own age. At another, he says the woman must be legal - 18+ or 17 if they're in Texas. It's a legal joke, makes more sense if you hear him say it. I'm not surprised Nick didn't understand it because he's not a lawyer.

Nick takes those three disconnected things and strings it together as "Kurt wants to invite children over, illegally give them alcohol, have sex with them, and feed them Pizza Caserole".

It came across as a joke to me. But Kurt is monotone and doesn't understand social clues so who knows. But he does state that he's looking for a woman around his age, I think the "18 and older only - unless you don't have to cross state lines in which case it's 17 and older" or whatever was just a joke about the law.
