Honestly, in today's day and age it wouldn't surprise me. I also think some people get themselves in to hot water by saving amateur nudes where the girl's age is ambiguous. A guy I know sent everyone in the group chat his favorite female athlete's leaked nudes as soon as they came out, and only one person pointed out "Guys, she got a tattoo the day she turned 18. It's not in these photos." a 17 year old and an 18 year old don't look much different. That's why I'm a MILF supremacist. I know damn well she's 18, and I can imagine her making me pancakes for breakfast. Win win.

I would take this a step further, make it 3 random users that sign up to be part of the process. Two out of 3 (or 3 out of 5, etc...) have to agree they are a real person and that they could contribute in a meaningful way. It would really slow down the registration process, but, honesty, without people acting as a screener, I don't see how else it can be done.

If he's using retarded Jeet's to game the system, it will be very hard to come up with a counter. Anything too onerous, people just won't sign up, but if it is too simple/easy/etc... (since the majority of the population are retarded it needs to pander to the lowest common denominator) then meatspace Jeets will be able to defeat it for the 5 cents they are getting paid.

I can't come up with anything other than the expansion of Wire Cutters' idea. Let established community members sign up to act as verifiers of new accounts. It goes to 3, 5, etc... random members that signed up to be verifiers, and the person has to get a majority thumbs up to get approved. I would just make sure to have a time-out for how long a user that wanted to act as a verifier has to respond to the request to participate, before it gets shifted to another random user, as a user may sign up to verify and not sign in often enough to participate in the verification process.

Fight the Jeets with Kiwi meatspace participation! I think you could get plenty of people to sign up to do this.

I do see one problem with this system - since he's paying jeets or whoever to do shit what is to stop him from paying said $20 to get an account and then using that account to send mass invites to register other bot accounts to bypass that probationary period and go back to doing his attacks?

At the very least i'd put some kind of limit for the number of invites you can do in a given period to limit that kind of exploit

I have nothing to add really beyond this guy is a fucking blight that I hoped to have left behind in the ruins of 4cuck, but I am a little worried about the idea of selling passes. Isn't that how Sam had gotten the site's finances fucked initially years ago, by sending money in using stolen cards then reporting it for fraud? Unless it's through the new bank system, which I guess will get a live-fire stress test eventually anyway.

The civil suit @mindlessobserver mentioned is an interesting idea. This CP spamming paedo would have to be served, so an address or place of employment would be needed. Once his documents have dropped, turning him in for CP collecting & distributing should get police attention. Again though, you’d need some concrete details like legal name & address to get things started. This faggot spams CP, so he probably keeps that shit on a drive, internal, external, somewhere. That’s a known weakness of his.

Even though DDOSing is illegal, it’s a shame that no one ever really does a thing about it. At least not anything I can think of recently, off the top of my head. Hope the correct identify info is verified soon so the most appropriate responses can be put into play. If no one takes the ddosing seriously, a harassment suit of some type could be the way to go. Hopefully this happens sooner than later, as beyond the new account restrictions already in place, most of the new recommendations ITT are getting lamer by the minute.

You would need reasonable suspicion. At which point the service would go to the potential identities of the does. This is way harder to do then serving someone you know done do it, which incidentally is why lolcows love to file suits against "Does" all the time. They do so because they know intellectually an anonymous person on the internet was served, but they don't understand the complex procedures that were required to do so.
 
Add more mods for each board, disable attachments avatars and strikers for new accounts, limit how many posts new users can make in a day, Other than that the kf community is good at reposting pedofags on the spot.
 
Say some applies. You give them a code number. They have an account on a website like steam or twitter that they aren't afraid to share with you. They post the code as a comment there. The profile has recent activity and a somewhat sizeable post history before that. You could based on that vet pretty quickly the odds this is a real person and it should be difficult for a bad actor to do this more than a few times.

Alternatively perhaps they write the code down on a piece of paper and photograph it under a set of conditions that would be hard for AI to replicate (e.g. next to a book opened to page 65 with text legible)

Both approaches definitely have their drawbacks, just throwing them out there
