The problem is, now that Barlow has explained it to Greer in detail, he now assumes Greer will start acting right.
Russ should just email him this:

You're literally the only one who remembers those motions, bro.
You're right, I should totally be the judge for this case.

Actually, there was yet another motion Greer filed in July for sanctions on Hardin, ECF 346. But all three of those motions are before Bennett, and Bennet has bowties to iron, so our boy must continue to wait for jushtish.

I looked at Barlow's calendar just to see if there was anything that shocked him awake. Turns out, he's going to have a veeery busy friday

Those plaintiffs and defendants are all lawyers (specifically an IP firm and a commercial property firm). Unless there's some error and they listed the reps as plaintiffs and defendants.

Probably a huge pain in the ass case, and without all the frustrating insanity and ineptitude that Greee offers.

Those are quite a lot of motions to deal with all at once. Evidencing that the court can, in fact, hold a damn hearing when there are multiple motions in a single case that need to be dealt with, if it wants to. 🙄

I have no words for how funny this is

Where the fuck was this logic last time when, before any fees were imposed, Barlow decided to knock the sanctions down 80% because he didn't even read what Hardin's costs were, and also he admitted in the same ruling that he was guestimating $1,000 would be "far less" than defendants were actually owed?

I mean it probably helps when most of the filings make some sort of logical and legal sense.

I think the court may have learned in this case a hearing is absolutely useless as one of the parties doesn't do anything they say they'll do and probably is trying to attend a brothel meeting at the same time.

Just let them file it on paper.

The court could and should have learned that a hearing brings out more truths than the filings do, such as IFP not being applicable, and noncompliance with orders that the court (somehow) thought were being followed.

I’m curious what greee’s response will be. Will it be more plight sperging? Will he tell the judge he’s a dumb idiot and try to go behind his back to the district judge again? Will he try to use some weasel word jiu jitsu conjured by ChatGPT to explain that judge just didn’t understand the retarded point he was trying to make? Or some combination of the three?
