I know everyone jokes and then there are real convos about their financial situation. But honestly, is it really this bad? I know he has a savings account. He’s talked about it publicly. Did they pay the fine and take from his savings for all the shit they’ve done that were terrible financial decisions and excessive, lavish spending?

Twitch streaming for 40 hours a week for $600-$900 a month seems off when he could make more working a normal job. If he didn’t need the money, he wouldn’t stream five days a week and for close to eight hours when he clearly doesn’t want to.

There has to be some cushion left for them to disappear from the internet and switch directions in reality. I can’t actually believe they only have like 20k-40k left in savings.

The realest issue with most streamers is that they have the spending habits of a 15 yo on aderall, depending on how they handle their finances they'd be fine but if you're asking to bet my life on whether they were financially responsible I'd definitely err on the side of "hell no" so most of the good money they make dies in stupid purchases. Also you gotta count how much failed stuff they put out, like the big boy big punching event since they kept pushing it after failling massively a couple times probably took a big chunk of whatever they had saved.

As for working when in need, I feel like most streamers are too retarded to function so they'd rather drown making 100 a month on twitch than work a normal job that makes 20x that because they'll refuse to get down from their glory days. Doubt they can hold a burgerflipping job even.

I believe the prevailing theory is that twitch is where the breadtube audience is, and this is where they thought he could slide into. He said he wanted to be some kind of entry level breadtube... accessible to the less political but curious.

The theory would be that they could build a new audience (away from the old idubbz subscribers on youtube) and thus get more money.

In other words, it's where daddy Hasan is and it's where they thought all their new friends would be - but none of them care about rhe Jomhas and they are languishing.
