At the end of the first court appearance, the Judge explicitly told Aaron and Nick not to mention each other. This was to prevent a need to introduce more evidence.

Nick, shortly after, affirmed that he would not make any comments until the case was over.

Nick broke that with this past livestream appearance.

It’s not just that he can’t do any of this, he has publicly acknowledged that this isn’t something he should be doing. He’s just pathological.

I wouldn't be surprised if the judge of Aaron's RP case explicitly stated to Nick that she's gonna do everything she can to help get Nick's HRO thrown out, so Nick is now flexing by directly breaking it, bragging about parking next to Aaron at the hearing, etc.
