10010756599 19 Paź 2022 [10949330] Appellant's reply brief filed by Russell G. Greer. Served on 10/20/2022. Manner of Service: email. Word/page count: 6487. This pleading complies with all required privacy and virus certifications: Yes. [21-4128] [Entered: 10/21/2022 07:58 AM]
To be fair, if Steve suddenly and completely ghosted Rusty a reasonable inference could be drawn that they had some sort of "falling out".
Yeah, but Russ knew about it the same year Steve said he would testify. He was then ghosted (because Steve was a ghost) before naming him as a witness. If ghosting implies anger, it did so before the late Steve was described as eager.

It's impossible for him to claim the falling-out or the ghosting should be treated as retroactively coloring his May 2024 pleading, because they happened before the pleading. There's no way to claim either one happened without notice.

may i just say that i'm particularly fond of how greee's use of the word 'eager' has come back to haunt him, especially after he tried to deny that he ever used the word in the first place (ecf 221):

Repeatedly! Insistently!

But as we've learned above, since he submitted these lies in a filing, they are privileged against sanctions and we should all just go home and pay him whatever he's asking for this month.

So he just completely missed the 2nd order issued on September 30th? Emails Hardin saying his motions for reconsideration weren't denied, doesn't file the OSC.... he literally missed #362. After already being warned about not keeping up with emails/docket. This fucking guy, lol.

This is why I want pleadings like this to always be accompanied by an in-court or Zoom meeting. The judge should be able to look over and ask "well Mr Greer, by this theory, what sort of filings do you think are subject to sanctions? Is Rule 11 dead letter law?" I want to hear what kind of classification he comes up with on the fly.

(Of course we know the boring answer--everything Hardin did is properly sanctionable, breaking SPOs and filing FOIAs with Winnemucca is sanctionable, etc. But in my little fantasy he actually tries to structure a coherent legal theory like the judge wants.)

And he was warned that all of this could lead to case ending sanctions.

its probably going to waived away because of the payment from last time.

This case is in this state & not florida due to a DEAD WITNESSES. ( that was found within month of the filing of witness )

It's hilarious that Gree still thinks his claims that Hardin violated the Standard Protective Order still has legs, when the court has repeatedly told him that that's complete bollocks.

Also, didn't Gree list his father as a potential witness in this case at some point? He might not have a role in discovery now, but he certainly did. I'm guessing Gree doesn't like it when his dad learns he's still pursuing his ridiculous vexatious litigation. I bet Dad is really embarrassed by his son's behaviour.

"This is why your real parents gave you away. Couldn't we have adopted a normal child? I don't mind that you were disabled, but couldn't you just be less of an asshole? That's an issue you have actual control over. You're choosing to be a vexatious cunt."

You fuckers are all assuming time is a line, when the Tenth Circuit Court (PBUH) has ruled that it is a circle, or at least a banana.

I still think the falling out (about an unrelated matter) is something juicy and fun, not a simple ghosting of an ex-mormon.

His father is the only valid mailing address and point of service Hardin has for Greeeee.

Yes. IIRC it was his father, one of his brothers, and the late Mr. Steve Taylor.

That reminds me, in today's slop he also claims his family was harassed.
1760548905584.png

It's not relevant to the case at hand (not that relevance ever stops Greer from filing supplemental authorities to claim "Kiwi Farms users" are harassing him and his associates), but I'm forced to wonder if any trolls actually did reach out to his brother and father after their info was included in filings, and if so did they bother contacting the authorities.

His father is the only valid mailing address and point of service Hardin has for Greeeee.

Oh yeah, remember when Hardin made a filing suggesting that Greer was living in Wyoming because of that? ECF 211. Another misfire on his part, in my opinion, but thankfully the court glossed over it.

Thank you, Russell, for admitting to what we could not prove.
Bbbbbut how on God's Greeeee earth is the court supposed to enforce Rule 11 sanctions when RUSS HASN'T EVEN FILED FOR THEM WITH SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED THAT VERY DAY???? I can't even with this retard. Is the court just supposed to ephemerally discern all possible Rule 11 violations, like some sort of pre-crime unit? Good lord, now I'm combining universes. Our Magical Star Buddy is really making my head spin.

...Is he literally asserting that any litigant can blatantly just lie during the course of litigation -- as long as the lies occur within a filing related to the litigation?
Yes.

He explains his understanding of "litigation privilege" in Why I Sued Taylor Swift. He felt slandered by Skordas in the first Swift suit, but couldn't sue over it, so this is what he took away from that:

Awesome. Walter was his friend who got firebombed with a Molotov cocktail or something, right? Excellent catch
Different made up lawyer, Ken was the one that got firebombed. Walter is a lawyer that apparently thought Greer had a case to sue Taylor Swift for 50 million dollars and stopped Greer from killing himself by pushing him off the train tracks and out of the way of an oncoming train after Greer's first Taylor Swift lawsuit fucked his shit up.
