If anyone recalls old dial-up days, images would load so slow you'd see them go line-by-line. The problem is, it was always top-to-bottom because the underlying image data was in row order. So the implication that the right half had loaded, while waiting on the left half makes zero sense.
As always, he just wanted to make a gross sex joke for whatever fucked-up form of exhibitionist he is.

I am really trying to find the comic that made this exact joke, but it only shows me how much Nick desperately wants to be seen as "funny" that he recycles old comedians' jokes. If I were a guessing man, I vaguely think it was wither Patrice O'Neal or Greg Giraldo, but I know this EXACT joke has been said. Currently investigating the source since short specific jokes can be hard to remember where/when you heard it and from who with the plethora of comedians today.
How do I know? I remember hearing the joke and thinking, "Wait, when did Cindy Crawford do Playboy or show her tits?" Because we all remember, she was "America's Sweetheart" and the last I knew the closest thing was a white wet t-shirt.
Then did a search and realized it was leaked pictures. It's jokes like that where you learned something, therefore you always remember them.
The man isn't funny. He makes Carlos Mencia look innocent with the amount of shit he steals, yet butchers the joke completely.
The man wants no one to see the inside of his filthy home.
The man wants people to leave his wife and family alone.
The man wants "justice" for the man who fucked his wife, his wife willingly.
The man wants to fight a useless HRO.
