The solution is to just improve the security of the border itself and then provide a one time amnesty for the people who are here right now.
You're a literal commie, so lemme spell it out to you in leftist revolutionary terms: migration of
all kinds, domestic
and international, was
heavily monitored and restricted by the USSR, and by extension, all other commie countries like Cuba, Angola, Northern Vietnam, the DPRK, and so on. That's why the concept of an internal passport was even a thing during the Cold War. Do you think people like Stalin, Guevara, Ho Chi Minh, Kim Il-Sung, or even Mao himself would stop at securing all the frontiers of their domains, and grant all the stragglers stuck inside amnesty for doing a heckin naughty illegal entry? The answer is
OF COURSE NOT, YOU BLOODY TWIT. Either you got absorbed into a country's borders due to poorly-conducted border demarcations (i.e. Han Chinese and Koreans getting absorbed into the Russian Far East, white Russians getting absorbed into mainland China)
or you stare down the barrel of an AK-47 for daring to sneak into a place you damn well shouldn't be in.
I find it hilarious that modern-day, self-professed "communists" are milquetoast cuckolds who broadly align with the neoliberal positions of the Democrats and RINOs, since illegal immigration in communist states was
heavily punished. If captured illegal aliens were allowed to conduct any labour at all, it would almost certainly be in a gulag, and that's assuming they don't just get murdered on the spot by secret police. If you couldn't travel from one oblast to another without your internal passport and a damn good reason to be there, what makes you think that Russians fleeing to Krakau or Dresden had it any easier? Let alone Tajiks or Uzbeks trying to sneak into Moscow or Kiev? You seem to forget that migration
of all kinds under a leftist framework immediately cheapens the value of the labour that the workers in that area. Furthermore, illegal immigration itself is heavily predicated upon the exploitation of a slave underclass that do the jobs that "no one" seemingly wants to... even though
all labour should be fundamentally equal in leftist rhetoric. Agreeing with the neoliberals on this talking point, let alone sympathising with them, is an utter betrayal of the proletariat, and an unforgivable bourgeois trespass.
I'm long past my days of skulking around on leftbook, but holy fucking shit dude... sometimes, the rightists
are correct. If anything, the rightists
aren't going far enough because we can freely internally migrate within the USA, which lets New York and California transplants flip the labour and political dynamics of places like Richmond, Virginia or Houston, Texas. You could argue that syndicalists or mensheviks or whatever other obscure group of commies would've had different things to say about immigration, but we don't live in the timeline where
their communism became the rule of law... much less a world where Kaiserreich accounts for these dynamics.
