Whoever is in the driver's seat in that blurred out pic from Google Maps' recent drive through in that area....could be Flutter, but couldn't that also be Chris? Couldn't it be someone other than Chris and Flutter?
I also get the feel that looks like Flutter's long brown hair and bangs but I'm not quite 100% sure it is her.

That person is too short to be Chris. But it could be anybody, there's a lot of cars parked there compared to the other year's of street view.
I remember Chris picked her up at the airport before. It might be someone else but I want to believe it's the cabbage patch herself though.

They might just be all there for some sort of party, prater meeting or they could be tenants that are renting who knows.

Looking at Acoustic Virgin's pic.
Could be a reflection, but it looks like the car's reverse lights are on, as if the driver is waiting for a break in traffic to leave. That could be why the car is blocking the sidewalk.
Is that a pair of snowshoes on the rear deck? I can understand Flutter owning snowshoes in Finland, but why would she bring them to Virginia?

I'm definitely skeptical about this woman being Flutter. A 20 year old Taurus strikes me as a somewhat odd choice for someone who needs to buy a car to use when they're stateside.
Hell, why would Flutter need her own car at all when she's in the States? Chris and her seem to go everywhere together anyways when she's in town, and she's definitely been seen as a passenger in the Aveo before. If she really needed to drive somewhere by herself, she could probably just borrow it. I'm not even sure a foreigner can register a car in Virginia.
Just judging by the other cars in the area, I would say that the Taurus fits right in with the other dilapidated beaters you generally see rolling around out in God's country. I have to assume this is just some local who happened to be in the right place at the right time, and looks vaguely similar to Flutter with her face blurred. If anything, I would think that blue Fusion might be Flutter's rental car or something. Sticks out like a sore thumb next to all these shitboxes. Those were SUPER common rental vehicles in the 2010s and I wouldn't be surprised if there's still lower-tier companies with them in their fleet. Also, that poor squarebody's been parked there since 2007

That ain't water. AC condensation is very normal, but you can tell from the way that it's soaked into the asphalt that it's definitely some kind of petroleum product. Engine oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid. Probably not brake fluid. Even Chris isn't retarded enough to drive around with a brake leak that bad.
