I am not a shrink, but here goes:

Cyraxx reminds me of a minor personal lolcow in one of my personal circles. In abstract terms, they're both losers with no traditional life success, completely delusional about their skill level in any field that they take an interest in, and severely lacking in genuine social connection. Any attempts to reveal how shit they really are result in overblown threats of violence or crybullying.

My theory for what causes this is a mixture of NPD, inability or lack of desire to model normal behavior/standards which makes them worse at blending in than other NPDs, and a significant time of adulthood receiving no pushback for their shitty behavior allowing these habits to set in deeply and irreversible without some extreme torture scheme.

That's precisely why I don't think he'll ever trans out.
