Important note I want to bring up.

Judging by the tension wrinkle in the skin after the zap, that is proof he has it on or around max setting. Also on a coat like that, a high voltage shock from an E-collar can BURN her.

She does realize that across a good portion of this country that the customer base for these restaurants is probably, what, high 80 percent white? If that were to happen a lot of those businesses would tank. But she doesn't realize that because she's a white liberal that probably lives in a gated community.
