Like for instance there are companies that literally pay for people's schooling. If you are working a trade. Not even just trades, but a lot of actual industry does take care of school provided you use that education to work for their company. I know oil companies do that as well.
When the government isn't incentivizing importing indentured servants from less fortunate people (the ones from countries that might look as the united states a the land of opportunity.). it incentives them to do make sure the people here can fill the roles they need filled.
If you look at who get's hurt by regulations and high taxes on businesses. I promise you it's not sticking it to the billionaires, it's smaller businesses that get crushed by the higher cost's of doing business. If you look at how rough it is on small businesses already to deal with taxes it's amazing a lot of them can stay afloat at all.
Also I don't know why you don't seem to grasp why people have a problem with people coming into the country illegally. And want them removed. If they actually want to come here. If they want to work in America, if they want to have the rights everyone else in the country has. There is a legal channel they could have gone through. Just like every other country in this world, that I know of has. But if we show the world, that they don't need to care about that. If you just manage to get past the border, you can get any benefit from being a citizen, that is given to the people to actually put in the time and effort to do it honestly. We are giving the incentive for the to keep doing it. So they have kept doing it.
That's not even touching the cartels in this country. Which absolutely aren't just some talking point the right uses. They absolutely are a real thing. They do horrible things to people in this country. People in their own country. They make deals with crooked politicians, border guards. They make less fortunate people do their bidding, and they are absolutely a threat to this country. And their own country. And while there have been arrests here, and there. They are a real problem. And it seems like democrats/the left just ignore that they are there. Or try down playing them. No not everyone coming through the border is in a cartel or a criminal, but they take advantage of the loose policies we have had just as much as normal people do.
