He has a court date for 10/14/2025 which is likely his arraignment/appoint attorney. He will likely see the judge this morning for bond if the judge is in.

IF the charges arent outright dismissed, or reduced to a misdemeanor through some plea deals, the felony will be confirmed and sent over to the Circuit court for Grand Jury indictment. Otherwise it gets plead out as misdemeanor in District.

If the call is to be believed he gets fronted product all the time. How else can you be almost 10k in debt to your dealer?

No, I get that. I just find it hilarious that the only reason he’s deffo going to pay $5k to Xmas is if he delivers more product. BMJ could just push a button to pay back Xmas, but it’s a strings attached deal. The deal is BMJ maybe pays $5k contingent on also getting a big sack of cocaine.

In BMJ’s mind he should be getting a lot of cocaine because he’s paying on his debt. Derrick prob doesn’t feel quite that way.

Did BMJ really have $5k that he was going to fork over? Did Derrick show up with no crack and still expect to get paid on his debt? I could see things going south pretty fast if Derrick just wanted his money but didn’t have any, or just a little, crack in exchange. Suddenly BMJ only has $200 to pay his debt back.

Or BMJ just getting into fight with ratdad after ratdad blocks him trying to scurry back to his nest for a crack binge. I figure ratdad stopping BMJ for a convo while he has an eightball in his pocket is a recipe for disaster.

Light end. Murder is Class 1.

The real issue here isnt the one little class 5 felony. Austin is on multiple felony probations, with years of suspended prison (not jail) time over his head. I'd have to get out a fine comb and go through his sentences to tally up what he's potentially sitting on. Its a minimum of 3 years prison for his recent drug posession conviction from February of this year. It could be upwards of 8 years if they count his probation from the 2015 theft convictions. When he violated that probation with last years conviction, they gave him 2 more years probation for that. So he still might have to pay the time for his car break in crime spree.
