This game's greatest sin is that it is boring. The combat system looks slow and clunky and there isn't any good feedback for your actions. Also the enemies are just crude shadow drawings that are absolutely uninspired so there are no cool visuals either.

I like how using the phone is an action, tells you something. The random hatred against cop dogs is also telling.

The idea that the toleration of trannies is some kind of 4D chess move done specifically to own women is ridiculous. I think the simpler answer is that the trannies hold all the cards in the indie scene; they moderate a lot of the big discords and discussion spaces, they're well liked by the libshits that run a lot of indie publishers, and so on and so forth. Not to mention, the trannies constantly start shit to weed out people who'd go against them. So going against them is way riskier than being misogynist, which I could see being "ok" in more tranny-dominated places due to their hatred of "TERFs".

Yeah, this is legit what happens. Usually it occurs when either the devs are shitlibs, or they're too busy to care about the community server. I speak from experience when I say that you have to legit tell the tranny side of your moderation team not to be powertripping troons in order to maintain some kind of cohesion. It gets worse when you realize that most trannies also flock to each other in strange ways, like sweet talking (or "love bombing" would be the more modern term here) in order to get a strong connection with a moderator, or just straight up ass kissing. I won't powerlevel here further, but I've seen it happen at least once or twice.

Because the creator of Cruelty Squad is your typical stuck-up midwit developer. He has tons of aspiration, but none of the genuine intelligence that's required to make something good. And Psycho Patrol R is proof of it, as the game itself seems to not be anything special, and his reaction to mild criticism against the game has been hilariously pitiful. And judging by these Bluesky posts, he really thinks the world revolves around him because he received mild backlash. If we're gonna be honest here, he'd fold hard if 0.1% of the population actually paid attention to him.

Such a shame. He really did have lightning in a bottle with Cruelty Squad, and he's been floundering. I do hope PPR becomes better as time goes on, but I doubt it.

Almost all the Postal games have pissing on people as a choice of "attack". In the latest DLC for Brain Damaged, you have a Piss Watergun that has a Piss Fire Hose alt-fire.

Difference being, in Postal, its not fetishized. Its inclusion is for the sake of humor and actually adds some level of depth to the gameplay rather than being in your face from the word go because the devs love to drink piss. Its funny to piss in an NPC's face and make them puke, its cool to have this tool as a means to stun NPCs and its funny and cool for gameplay that you can piss on yourself to put out fires. Postal Dude also isn't going "MMMMMM YUMMY YUMMY PISS" when you piss on yourself, hes gagging in disgust as anyone would be.
It's subtle little touches like these Troons straight up do not get.

I like the ideas behind the game and the idea of a more open-ended iteration on the hell world he's made but holy fuck it's just not fun. Also how does he reconcile his obvious chudly roots with his audience of autistic tranny sink pissers? PPR has you literally in the position of an eu thought police officer. Chud's remorse?

Unrelated but I found out that one game psychopomp is made by a guy that seems like he might be kinda normal if not a bit odd. Don't really care for the game much but it had good music. I would've told you that game was forged by tranny hands 100-1

I'm pretty sure crossdressing gags in various media also fly over their heads for similar reasons.

They were baffled that conservatives didn't get upset over Kamek crossdressing (he was dressing up and roleplaying so that Bowser could practice something, it's played for laughs).

They also treat Bugs Bunny crossdressing as UwU progressive, even though it's quite clearly a gag intended to illustrate how far he is willing to go to accomplish certain goals, like hiding from a bald-headed, buffoonish hunter. Ditto with Daniel Hillard and him wanting to spend time with his children.

Crossdressing is inherently degrading and humiliating, but that completely flies over the head of the average autogynephile.

It's been said but peolpe have clearly been increasingly annoyed at the "acceptance" audience and them trying to normalize everything so they don't have to feel insecure about having messed up fetishes. It's a strange dichotomy of not wanting to just be yourself in private because it's the obvious reality that they are exhibitionists so why be less open about it when you can try and make people think that what you're doing is completely normal.

It's a growing pet peeve of mine because i don't care if you're a pervert i care that you're doing it so publicly and most people believe this. Made 10x worse when it's under the guise of it being a video game and the expression is supposed to be artistic.

Because Cruelty Squad is the Duchamp's Toilet of gaming, it is a lightning in the bottle because it is genuinely shocking compared to anything that came before while having a decent gameplay to go with it, but the main point about it is to be shockingly ugly. You cannot do shock art twice, the revolutionary has passed and people are not excited for it anymore.

Psychopomp is ok, there's nothing really trannycore about the game other than le heckin' female MC, but then again I always kind of considered it to be more like a Yume Nikki kind of exploration game anyways and those games traditionally always had a female MC.

An even bigger issue is that she is played straight the whole time, unlike the action hero pastiche that is Duke and the world he inhabits. The game deliberately misses the point, and it does so because the devs were too cowardly to do the female equivalent of Duke Nukem or Lo Wang.

I do agree in principle, though I'd still pay premium for Hedon and Ashes.

Quite possible the best FPS experiences I've had in the past 20 years. Ironically enough, both are more true to the Build engine classics than Ion Madine, despite the later being the only one running on the Build engine out of the three.
