"The law wasn't designed for me. I don't make victims. The laws that get me should be unconstitutional."

Those are genuinely disturbing words. He's completely checked out of reality and is dangerous to himself and others. This is what the state of Minnesota finds acceptable.
There's definitely an even more evil side to Nick we only get brief glimpses of

The sadistic way he treats his former friends, acting like his wife should immediately accept that she's now equal partners to a drug whore they just met, the stories of him cornering and yelling at Kayla, the child chokeslamming self-tell

I wouldn't be surprised if he's verbally (and also physically) abusive to the people in his life that he has control over

I guess it makes sense that his release conditions would continue as probation conditions but if Nick's telling the truth here, Aaron is absolutely fucked. Not even because of Geno, and not even because Aaron will slip up, but because Nick's been able to just lie to the judge through the DA (e.g. the anniversary show was livestreamed) and the Judge is willing to eat it all up. Aaron could make a quip about his current girlfriend and Nick could get the judge to agree it's actually about Kayla.

Also that wouldn't be a "clarification", that would be a change in the conditions, Nick.

Prediction:

Aaron will serve the full 364 days

Locking it in

Sorry for the quote dump. My IRL stuff is brutal atm.

How does this affect Nick?
It's probably helpful to Nick, somewhat.

Aaron's retaliatory HRO complaint will look more like sour grapes considering this conviction. Except... judges are supposed to consider every legal violation in isolation unless a litigant commands otherwise. You can bet Nick will bring up Aaron's conviction.

Until we get a transcript, we have to take the word of a puppet.
I like the puppet. There, I said it. He's the ONE dabbleverse member who makes me laugh.

The judge in this case took what happened way more seriously than the prosecutors did in making the deal. Aaron, given the judge, I think also really dodged a bullet by making the deal.
I loved your post, overall, but I think this is a reach. Sterns has a lot of feminism in the legal air but let's be serious...

... Aaron violated the law and he had a prior HRO filed by his ex. 8 days in county jail hardly evidence of Woke Fascism. It wasn't the Judge's responsibility to consider further context (Nick). IF context was to be considered, it was Aaron's job, and he didn't do it.

The moment this HRO stuff is over, Melton might as well fire up a stream and start blasting Nick. There's no benefit to being associated with him anymore.
Sure there is. Melton gets a cut of Nick's Supertips, assuming he ever streams again.

Kayla must be a little peeved as well, seeing as how she's now stuck with the lesser man. 🏈 📝🚫🍞
Honestly, yes. Say what you will about Aaron but he has solid Midwestern roots, he is the the 'let's play ball' dad even during the drug-hazed days, he makes better food than Nick, he's not an addict, and he has a good work ethic. That makes him 1000% better.

Now, when I feel bad for Aaron is obviously he is now seen as someone of not worthy of protection by at least two prosecutors in Minnesota and they are willing to overlook blatant violations because they simply don't like him, whilst stretching his own violations of release conditions.
Amazing post... but, also, can you blame the judge and prosecutors? When did Aaron demand "protection" from Nick and the dabbleverse? His HRO filing was beyond late and gay. This thread was wigging out for at least 8 months begging him to do it.

Sorry, we cannot assume some kind of deep corruption.

When did we expect Sterns County to know all the Nick lore, exactly? DAs generally deal with around 100 felony cases per year and 3x that with misdemeanors. I HOPE they have better things to do than track the Nick vs Aaron lore.

You send a titty pic to your pal and him and his skank immediately go running to your enemies
Geno publicly said that he never shared it. I assume he told Aaron the same. He lied. But, yes, your point is valid. Why would anyone trust Geno?

lol @ Aaron. Literally everyone told you this guy was out for blood. Did you think he was talking about you 24/7 like a deranged ex-gf for no reason?

"The law wasn't designed for me. I don't make victims. The laws that get me should be unconstitutional."
Nick will never acknowledge that he funnelled probably over a hundred thousand dollars straight into the hyperviolent underground drug trade killing Minnesotans everyday.
He will never accept he funded narcostates that murder children as a warning to their enslaved parents to cut coca leaves faster.
Ignorance around the insidious brutality of narcotics allow him to brag about being Tony Montana with his table of cocaine.
His wife is a victim, his paramour is a victim, his children and relatives are all victims of his weak-willed hubris.

Revenge porn is free speech, the law that was used to convict Aaron Michael Imholte is unconstitutional and he is being unfairly persecuted by his State Government because he criticizes said government on his twice daily internet talk show, through which he reaches thousands of people (from his own audience plus all the Dabbleverse recaps).

As a free speech absolutist and hater of the State, I'm sure Nicholas Robert Rekieta agrees with me. As a matter of fact, if you wanna know the truth about it, I'm guessing we could find a clip of Nick saying RP is free speech at some point during his career, maybe when a certain rage pig was getting prosecuted for it.

It's a copyright dispute, when you really boil it down.

Do you guys think there will ever be a person who goes "hmm maybe I should listen to the advice Kiwi Farms users are desperately trying to drill into me" and dodge a massive bullet by doing so? I hope not, I want to see more Aarons.

Kayla who’s body has been destroyed just DESTROYED by pregnancy (:really:)

Speaking of drug money going to fund narco cartels, I would imagine some of Nick's extravagant spending on coke would have filtered down and helped fund atrocities like this:
The arrest of a woman known as the 'she devil' has lifted the veil on a Mexican cartel scheme to cut babies out of their mothers' womb and sell the infants for less than $14,000 to Americans, US officials have confirmed.

Martha Alicia Mendez Aguilar, 44, alias 'La Diabla,' ran a baby trafficking operation for Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) in Juarez, Mexico- directly across the border from El Paso, Texas, the National Counterterrorism Center stated after her Sept. 2 arrest.

La Diabla had been luring Mexican pregnant women, often poor and looking for work, to remote areas of the city where the unsuspecting women were then forced into clandestine C-sections.

The infants were ripped out of their bodies, in at least one case with rudimentary tools, and the mother's organs were harvested for black market sale

Nick creates no victims, indeed.
All of the fuckers who do coke, from Nick, to Hunter Biden, to the Obama daughters, to half of the British Parliament (I'm looking at you, Boris and Gove) find these atrocities.
You don't get to pick and choose where your coke money ends up, so you become as responsible for the worst of the crimes as you do for the least of them.
If you're going to do drugs, if you're going to be a gacked up faggot, you should know this.
Unless you're an intellectually bankrupt, amoral, shithouse who couldn't be honest with himself if his life depended on it.

Those are genuinely disturbing words. He's completely checked out of reality and is dangerous to himself and others. This is what the state of Minnesota finds acceptable.
And maybe Nick always knew that. In hindsight, his outrage seems based on utter disbelief that the police would care enough to arrest him in the first place, which would be completely understandable given he's not suffered any recriminations for his subsequent behaviour (like accusing law enforcement of conspiracy, insulting the judge, getting Ralph to seemingly intimidate a witness, breaking probation on camera and racking up God knows how many speeding tickets) and now he's ready to launch his own suite to punish Imholte because the reputational damage he dealt was the one thing he couldn't bullshit or coast his way out of. Nick seems to have a pathological gripe with being talked about because it's something he can't control, hence shower calls and endlessly seething over the people who don't buy the legal narrative he's built.

It honestly feels like Nick's drug bust was a bug, not a feature.

Aaron's terms are up on MRCO, $50 KNU. Deal with it, suckers.
Indeed, MCRO has updated:
The request for every other weekend:

The charges:

The dispositions (confirmed $50 KNU, $14 in library fees, $75 in a surcharge, and $1000 for "victim services assessment") :

It's interesting it includes any show he participates in. Someone could easily fuck him if he jumps on a stream. I don't know how that's legal.
Financials (he indeed got his bail back, in spite of his violations):
