You should have provided the link to this and/or explained what it is intended to represent. It wasn't clear where this is, or even whether it's about immigrants or just home country data. I went and found at least the originating organization (never found the specific chart, but I found discussion of it or similar CMC data), and that this is intended to represent sexual offense rates in the UK by immigrants from the countries listed.
That said, what that chart also tells me is that a lot of (mostly women) are being harmed by a lot of men. You should care about that rather than actively hating women.
Beyond that, though, it appears that the statistics for that chart may deserve
closer scrutiny, if it is based on the data cited in the link. The chart shows rates, and if the number of incidents is based on a period of rapid immigration for those groups but the number of people from which the rate is derived is the population number at the beginning of that period, the rates will be overstated, to some degree. Not that I agree with the link/ opponents of the CMC that it should therefore be disregarded - but they'd have been better off using more honest numbers to make their case. And you should inquire more and acknowledge potential limitations of information you view or represent.

They're really not. I don't know why they give up based on speculation or bumps in their own personal roads. And I'm sympathetic, but only to a point. I guess I'm sympathetic to the feeling, but not to giving in or being ruled by feelings. Challenge is supposed to be invigorating - being able to turn frightening or overwhelming things into things that make you discover strength you never knew you had or to grow and adapt the strengths you already know is how you succeed and survive. For some people that's a quick or automatic response; others travel a windier path or sit down and cry for a bit before they gather themselves and get up and go - but both of those groups are doing it right. Deciding actively to give up by opting out or complaining or fantasizing all the time is just a bizarre level of avoidance that provides literally no positive or productive energy or output to the world. It doesn't help or change anything for anyone, and takes a very negative and debilitating toll on those who opt for it.

Hand spasming could be many things. [I see after scrolling down that you know the following but going to leave it in.]. Probably fatigue from too much time on a mouse. Or maybe you've got some nerve compression/ carpal tunnel (also very possibly from too much computer time). Or maybe you're just tired because you get up at 2 in the morning, don't exercise, don't get adequate nutrition, shun the sun, and endlessly ruminate on your woes.
"Guess I'll have to give up on my right hand and train my left hand to work a mouse" is like Chantal getting so fat that walking is hard so her answer is that she wants a scooter so she can scoot to more fast-food places to eat more of what makes her fat. Those choices a) show priorities and b) willfully miss the point, the warning bell, and the opportunity.
