🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

After reading about that obese cripple who died on that rollercoaster I have a question…have test seats always been a thing or is it a recent development due to how fucking fat Americans are? I haven’t been to an amusement park in a while but I don’t remember test seats ever being a thing before.

That is just fucking retarded.

Fashion isn't identity. It's the identity you're trying to project. It's not who you are. It's what you're trying to tell others that you are.

A fat bitch in some fashionable clothes is still a fat bitch. Nothing has changed except her clothes cost more and have a label.
They don't understand the difference. Marketing has done such a number on recent generations that they think identities are off the peg things you consume.
The idea of generating anything unique for themselves, that exists outside of a prescribed system, is too alien for them. They're just stuck in the marketing matrix. The difference between the symbol and symbolised has collapsed and the symbol is all we're left with.

And they love consuming so much that they all want a full collection of identity labels to show off. This is in place of just having a personality.

They’ve done such a good job that that is exactly what identities ARE now for 99% of people. You buy it wholesale and all your opinions with it. It’s very odd

Shira appears wealthy enough (read: supported by bank of Mom & Dad) that she could hire an indie designer to make her a wardrobe.

Isn’t that one of their talking points between forkfuls? Supporting indie artists and small businesses while throwing off the shackles of mass market consumption? Or, as has been mentioned a million times in the fatty threads, just learning to fucking sew?

I think they’re recent. I don’t remember seeing any from up to when I was last at an amusement park up to a decade ago, at least. Height limits were the main concern. There was even a major death at another amusement park where a legless veteran was ejected mid ride because he was too short.

Weight must be becoming a more important concern with rising obesity rates, however. Much like how airlines can only let so many people on a plane due to the maximum weight capacity, or an elevator before it’s too safe to ride. Deaths of too large passengers being ejected mid air are becoming more common, too. That’s a major safety risk for the other passengers in turn. Maybe it sucks for the Ashleys in the world who can’t get squeeze their 72 inch hips to get the green light on a Dreamworks roller coaster, but it’s the best for the other passengers that she won’t turn into a 400 pound missile mid-ride. Physics doesn’t give a flip about feelings.

While I think that they would appreciate garment sewing more if they had to see how much actually goes into assembly, yardage, size alterations, developing their own blocks, etc, it’s far too much work for their liking. That “living wage” they want to give tailors is also too rich for their blood. Back to Shein they go.

Many years ago, I read that airlines were going to have test seats available and staff was going to fit-check passengers who might be too big for the seat. It was on a news show where they even had a uniformed airline employee standing next to a mock check-in desk, waving her arms over the test seat like Vanna White. But then they never did it.

It's an obvious solution, and they could place the seat behind a curtain if they were worried about embarrassing deathfats in public. The airline could upcharge for an extra seat right there once the fattie doesn't fit.

I bet there's at least one too-fat passenger squeezed into one seat on each domestic flight at this point. We all know it's a huge(LOL) problem. How many people are less likely to take a flight because of it? You can replace a 2 hr flight with a road trip.

Old ladies could probably sue airlines for hip injuries for forcing them to be crammed against a 400 lb person now that airlines have official policies that are supposed to prevent that.

In 2022, she was still living with her parents. She moved into her own apartment early 2023.

I don’t understand why you would do this pose. It doesn’t flatter her body at all.

Extreme three quarters angle, pigeon toed, arm stuck out all odd and shit. What is going on here?

They've been a thing for a while now but they were always due to the more extreme coasters and rides with all the safety bars and over the shoulder restraints. Now they're really for fatasses like these bitches to complain loudly that they can't fit on the rides because discrimination or something.

I kinda get it in the younger generation because we were all like that. There's a point in your young life when the label of your clothes matters more than the clothes themselves. Then you reach a point and understand that sometimes comfort and personal style matters more than being fashionable.

If you look like everybody else then you blend into the crowd which is fine if that's what you want but don't pretend that in following the trend you're somehow hip or with it.

She no longer looks human and with her back tits it literally makes it look like her head is on backwards.

I don't think she has a choice at least in the 2025 picture. If she stood up straight she'd be front heavy so she needs to lean back and torque her neck forward. Look where her head is in relation to her shoulders.

One of the under-addressed clothing categories is elderly people with arthritis, paraplegics or adults with special needs that include being dressed by caretakers. They shouldn't have to wear robes, muumuus and ultra-loose sweatpants to go out in public.

But many of them really need clothes that open all the way down in the back, or on the sides, or have non-standard attachments like magnets or velcro. They want to look nice and normal, especially old ladies who feel like they're losing their dignity.

Don't we all know a grandma who likes feminine clothes? Or one of those dapper grandpas? Or a young lady with some genetic disability who still wants to be like her peers?

Imagine trying to dress yourself when you can't grasp with your fingers very well, or you have serious spinal degradation from osteoporosis. Imagine buying clothes for a large adult who must be dressed every day by a minimum-wage caretaker who doesn't really give a shit about their job. Or someone who is mostly bedbound through no fault of their own. Or someone with severe skin sensitivity or sensory issues.

Why don't body positivity fashionistas ever talk about that HIGHLY marginalized group? Who will stand up for arthritic 80 yr old women who need to move freely with a walker?

Not sure where they are here, but I’ve been wondering if/when our gorls are going to go to the Big E? They live in Massachusetts and the whole draw for most people is being able to get fried abominations like literal fried butter or burgers with donuts as buns and whatnot.

I don't get her family, they give her all this money, she is basically killing herself :(
Maybe that's the point? She's to insufferable that they hope she kills herself via food so they don't have to deal with her?

For our gorls, every outing centers around food!
Of course. Only one of them is able to actually ride all the rides. The biggest one with the ass that's over 6ft around can't go on any of the normal rides. So it's got to be the food and the fact they're at Disney so they can feel like pretty princesses or something.
