Beats me how the file name is supposed to confirm that Discord was used and not Google Drive (Discord was indeed used). Of course, the file was not transferred directly through Discord. It was uploaded and hosted on Discord servers, openly accessible and shareable.

Once again they bring up a couple of court cases that did not at all relate to the continuous disclosure at hand in this case. In the cases referenced, the matter at hand was whether someone inadvertently having their Google Drive folder accessible with a link meant that it was "public," and could lawfully be accessed without authorization. In CARDII matters there are of course no need for anything to be public, and the threshold that needs to be met to fit the definition is "make accessible."

In the referenced cases, the material was never shared intentionally. Not 100% certain, but I think the first screenshot is a direct SS from Discord. Notice the ellipsis in the upper right corner. That's a function of highlighting a message with your cursor in Discord, and clicking on it gives you a context menu to add reactions to that message, reply to it directly, delete it if it's your own message, et cetera. That won't show up if you're looking at exported HTML logs.

Though I should note that if I log into Discord now and try highlighting someone's message I get a lot more options next to the ellipsis.
