Checking each profile and there's a high probability most of these accounts are either freshly made (level 0 is a dead give away), bots, alt accounts and/or VAC'd. Three comments less then an hour ago in succession shared the same username.

Steam accounts always show up as level 0 if they are set to private or friends-only, the three accounts you mentioned all named "Oblivion" is obviously someone commenting on his main as well as 2 alts but beyond that I don't see anything particularly suspicious, I don't think people are using bots to leave a significant amount of heart comments but it's not impossible.
Most likely it's just random fags dropping by to gawk at the shooter's troon girlfriend (male), seeing there's a lot of heart comments, and deciding to leave one as well, I doubt it's a coordinated effort.

I think one thing that leads to that phenomenon where you see someone go from one political extreme to another. Might be somewhat because they get stuck in echo chambers. Then they have something happen that finally breaks their world view completely. Then it leads to people questioning everything they every knew, and throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

I don't think it's possible to avoid getting influenced like that online, at least a little. I purposely try to avoid only interacting with people that think like me, or watching videos from people that share my world view. Because even though it's comfortable to stay in that bubble it's not healthy.

While MAGA is right to go after the Left with a vengeance, I find the litmus test is whether they are willing to admit Trump's economic policies have done the opposite of what they're supposed to do. one telltale sign to check if comments are botted are if the people leaving the comments have a lot of "+rep GOOD TEAM PLAYER LEGIT AWP GOD" sorta comments themselves, which these accounts (whichever aren't privated) do have.

The problem described will always either be exacerbated or ameliorated by one's own internal epistemological rubric. That sentence sounds pretentious and gay, so what I mean is everyone should spend time questioning their own beliefs and why they believe them. It prevents you from winding up in echo chambers and allows you to vet sources early on.

I'm unsure what "ideology" you see on KF, but I'm still newish. The "it was ze joos" retards are genuinely the only singular ideologically driven people I see here that operate without evidence.
