I hate the chicoms but that channel has been saying the prc is two weeks away from collapse for a decade. And while I don't doubt at all the CCP has a vested interest in shaping narratives, this channel always sets off my chin scratching instinct.

I think that shit is really retarded for them to do, but there is still some good stuff to gleam from the channel.
Perhaps I was overstating "great channel" because it's one of the few news channels I watch that covers what's going on in China.

CCP shills have been pushing various narratives, including the idea that Israel was behind Charlie's assassination. A really good news channel by the name of "China Uncensored" recently published a great video on the subject.

Falun Gong's mission statement is basically two words, FUCK CHINA. So anything they say about CK, I'm not going to pay much attention.

I did consider that, it could be a combination of trolls threadbanned or being ignored and whatever agitator faction was trying to steer the narrative giving up/being reassigned and fucking off.

Just like what happened in the Catholic Mass shooter thread, the Kiwi Farms keeps proving it is one of the fastest and most reliable places to get updates when something big happens. I think more and more adversaries are realizing that and earmarking some funds to ensure they try to poison the well during the critical hours after an event. They know they can't report content to get it removed like they do on other platforms so they just try to flood the thread and make it harder to find the offending post.

To further illustrate that point I found out about the Christchurch shooting here before it hit mainstream news, same thing happened with the old guy trying to distract the cops and having cp on his phone

I get that he turned down a 150(?) million dollar package (it appears there is no confirmed number?) but do we really think Israel is going to kill someone for not wanting to be bought out? For that money they could have just funded a different group.
I'm open to hearing more, but really?
