Well, any shit can be filed as a patent, doesn't need to mean anything. It doesn't have to work, it just needs to not infringe on other patents and be an invention of sorts.
Plasma sheaths have been considered for air resistance reduction for rockets and projectiles, I think. Not sure if you can do any optical cloaking with it, plasma is usually extremely bright.

When any spacecraft is re-entering the Earth's atmosphere for a landing the plasma from the re-entry completely cuts off communication too, doesn't it? If that's the case then I can see it having potential if it can mess up any radar based missile's tracking, especially since flares can already mess with heat-seeking missiles.

It's because anything related to "the current thing" is heavily censored at the initial moment, because however the future will adress something, the root/initial information will set the tone for what will later be the public consensus. The later you are, the more people won't care or it will be already to late since the consequences have already taken place. This is the same reason for why information that is redacted gets released for "muh democratic transparency" decades later, because nobody (or very few) cares to even bother since everyone involved is old or already dead and the outcome has already happened.
Youtube doesn't give a shit about it since it was almost a decade ago this happened. The public consensus already is "random schizo man in Las Vegas", end of story.

When you are in the flamey flamey plasma phase of the landing, if you hadn't aimed right beforehand, you are going to burn up and can't do anything about it.
So plasma wouldn't be sneaky. It would be too fast to shoot down, like hypersonic missiles ala Oresnik and its lesser, other Vodka iterations like Kinzhal or Zirkon.
Smarter people may know if the human body can even withstand those G forces. I would say not but I am just the internet retard.

Blackwater, btw, is now "Constellis".
Blackstone came first and was founded in 1985 by Peter Peterson ("Stone Stone-son") and Stephen Schwarzman ("Crown Blackman") in 1985 and if you take their two last names together you get "Peter" + "Schwarz" or "Stone-Black" and in English the correct order is "Black stone" so you get "Blackstone".
Blackrock was founded by Larry Fink who pitched his idea for the company to Blackstone and suggested giving it a "family name with 'black' in it" to flatter Schwarzman and "Blackstone" won out over "Blackpebble".

This may not be the fun facts thread, but as an unsolicited fun fact for fighter pilots you could have them withstand higher g forces if you cut off their legs. The problem for passing out from the g forces stems from the pulling of blood down the body and away from the brain, but by removing the legs you reduce the amount of area furthest from the brain to have blood pool in. If we ever get better life support systems I have a crackhead idea for one of those too and it'd be fitting for WH40k and make it easier to rejoin nerves then I could totally see jet pilots in the future having temporary leg removal procedures so they can take higher G maneuvers to avoid an incoming missile while serving a tour.

I lived through a really bad natural disaster as a kid and this is a very accurate assessment. Civilization is always one really bad storm away from becoming a favela.
