The best I could find is that supposedly Android’s native default screen recorder uses the exact prefix and includes the app name (Skype), but I still don’t have Android devices and can’t validate this.

I'm pretty sure it's Android's native recorder in that case. It seems after Android 11 (2020) it was possible to do with a droid phone without needing a a separate screen capture app.

But if you embrace the hypothesis that the screenshot of the folder from the supposedly MEGA folder is actually his, you also have to assume that he faked the screenshot he showed on stream, which included a message allegedly from Rose.

Of course I do not care about Rose, or what she wants, caring about what Rose wants leads to the BIGGEST evil option, which is: everything stays hidden, and Destiny keeps going like nothing happened.
