I don’t think Anisa is smoking weed. She said she took edibles to help her sleep in Florida for CC2 and had a terrible panic attack. She’s mentioned a few times she’s had panic attacks from weed and is a social drinker. It’s common for some people to get panic attacks from THC so that’s one thing I can believe her on. I think she might have a drink at home when she gets really stressed or depressed here and there and at worst maybe pop one of Ian’s Adderall, but I don’t think she’s super into substances. I don’t think Ian smokes weed either, just a feeling.

The smell could have just been musty since it was their basement or even a leftover animals smell from the dogs.
