Greer has until the end of the 18th of August to pay, so if Greer fails to do so, I would expect to see Hardin file a status report reflecting as such.

If Greer does pay on or before the deadline (18th of August), it's probably in Greer's best interest to file a status report, with exhibits, to show proof of payment.

The good news is there are still other possible sanctions motions in play.

The bad news is that the court will probably take the Acerthorn approach, toss the entire case and the other sanctions and wash their hands of it.

Well, I called it but not as happy about it as I would have been had he dug his heels in and risked his case getting dismissed. At least Null gets some money back, but not near as much as it cost in the first place.

Still, I can take total satisfaction in that the bamboon had to go back on his vow to never give Null or Hardin a single cent of his hard earned hooker money. I hope he's seething, grinding his teeth and the trauma lumps are swelling to the point of bursting.

I'm honestly surprised he finally did what he'd been ordered to do months ago, but I guess the threat of dismissing the case managed to get him to comply even if he was possibly deliberately late with the latest deadline just to be a spiteful shit. Here's hoping that when more motions for sanctions are finally ruled upon the court notes the stupid games he's already played with payment deadlines and holds his feet to the fire.

Yeah I bet the judges aren't going to be thrilled with this when the status report is filed. They had an easy out and Dipshitforlips didn't give it to them. Now they will have to actually work on responding to all the other open matters, OF WHICH THERE ARE MANYYYYYYYY, hahaha I hope they both get sloppy drunk in their despair at being forced to do their jobs.

Frankly the judges deserve the grief and suffering for allowing this abortion of a case to go on this long. It should have been taken behind the shed and gotten both barrels of buckshot pointblank years ago.

Minor clarification but this money was just for Hardin, who said he couldn't ethically have charged Null for the work he did dealing with Greer's bullshit regarding his witnesses.
