I hope he's making it up as well, however unfortunately I don't think he is. When he was staying with Steven he mentioned to a few moderators that he almost overdosed (whether be on Adderall or another medication) and the fire dept. arrived to help him. The whole time, if true, Steven was in his own room. Nathan was staying in the Anything Else studio during his entire stay, not with Steven, so if he died it would've easily been on Steven's hands.
