Today it seems the DOJ has decided not to fight this case.

Even states with loose carry rules often prohibit guns in buildings where elected officials may have an office or if officials business is conducted. For larger cities that's the courthouse, govt building etc, but for small towns that can be just about anywhere and the onus is on you to know.

It means the ban is unconstitutional in the Eleventh District. Someone outside of the Eleventh District has standing to sue if they get charged.

I travel to Asia multiple times a year. If you think shit like Sbarro and Panda Express is better than what you can get in those countries, you're an idiot. I've also been to some of the better restaurants in America, and while they can be very good, they're also hideously expensive. The best Chinese food I ever had was in a restaurant in Chengdu. Often touristy spots are the worst places to get food. I hear about people going to Beijing or Guangzhou, or Shibuya in Japan, and they say the food is meh. A friend of mine had the worst fish and chips at a place near the Tower of London. If you avoid places that cater to tourists you will find better food as local people have a higher expectation.

Cool, and when you step away from the tourist spots you have to worry about fake meat, fake fish, fake vegetables, fake broth, and all cooked in a delicious slurry of gutter oil.
