It might work if it was a mainly a Jobst grift, but Muta is too deeply involved and afaik that guy is loaded. There's also the additional problems of the videos being founded on earnest research instead of a gut feeling asspull which would make the case SIGNIFICANTLY harder to get off the ground, and even if Jirard did somehow manage to get past all that, it still won't save him from the IRS butt fuck zone.

The other issue is that the Mitchell suit was a defamation suit involving allegations of Mitchell being the reason another person killed himself. A defamation suit would be extremely fruitless for Jirard. He lost his partnerships and more because of the G4 revival (stated by himself), Indie Land was shut down and not "dismantled", and there's proof he's doing shady shit with the charity.

This could mean that Jirard could sue him for defamation, with Karl having no money available to fight it as long as it doesn't get slapped down right away Karl would be forced to settle out of court, could be an easy way for Jirard to snag 50K and give a nice fuck you to Karl Jobst in the process.

Might be cool, but he should wait to see results of Karl's appeal before swinging.

No, the main issue with suing Jobst is still that he can easily point to all of the evidence he and Mutahar pulled together and tell the judge it's real. Truth is an absolute defense in defamation. Besides, it would require Jirard be open to discovery which will sink his case very quickly.

honest to god that's all he had to do was bring up he neglected to donate but that the funds were fine, and just donate it all and show proof. it wasn't that hard but there's so much shady shit behind it it's not even funny.

It is 100 percent gayops on Karl’s end. He and his Discord orbiters were talking about this earlier but they mentioned posting fake information to mess with LUS and other people.

The chances are zero. Jirard was thoroughly destroyed by the charity fraud allegations. He may not be destitute, or anything (his family is loaded due to all the fraud) but his reputation has been completely ruined, and deservedly so.

Difference between Billy and Jirard is that Jirard's case has both clear evidence and two people involved who both worked together to gather that evidence. Going after Karl would necessitate going after Mutahar. Even if Jirard attempted to exclude Mutahar, Karl would drag him into the lawsuit and Jirard would be right back at square one.

So went looking to see if they happened to put on a golf tourney this year or if there was one organised.

So based on my last golf math there is up to $571000 missing still from the open hand charity money that would have been earned but never declared.
