Everyone calling this dry has *not looked at the oil stain on the bottom. That isn't crust. That is oil soaked to the bottom like a really bad doughnut.
It wouldn't be dry, it would drip oil and be strangely soggy, you'd have to slurp the fat up like when biting into a really well buttered, warm English muffin.
