I’ve probably missed this, but he was originally charged over the theft (the meals at the country club) and the stalking. He’s potentially admitting to extortion. Can you recall what charges were read at the start of proceedings?

The only things Dave was charged with was 2 counts of harassment, for the two times he confronted his mother in May and June of 2023. I think anything else was dropped.

Can you let us know what Dave was wearing today, how masculine and un-lady like he was acting, any strange smells in the courtroom, and if he brought anything for show and tell like a cat or guitar.

It's an okay transcript, but it needed more about how stunningly beautiful and sexy Danielle was in the courtroom. I'm sure she was positively radiant and smelled so good you could taste it.

I knew I forgot something in my summary lol. Dave was wearing a red collared shirt, I don't think I ever saw his pants. The top of his head lacked any hair, but on the back of his head there was what I could only assume to be a rabid mangy raccoon, which had attached itself to his skull and refused to let go. His face was very fat, and I said in my notes that he "resembled a frog with down syndrome" (no offense to any frogs). Luckily it was a rather big courtroom, so I never had to be close enough to Dave so that I would be subjected to his miasma. Sorry Kiwis, but I am not going out of my way to smell Dave Muscato.

It also missed out the bits where Dr. Joe Muscato cackled manically and monologued about his plans to enslave humanity, before breathing fire all over the courtroom and leaving for his secret undersea volcano lair by blasting a hole in the ceiling with his rocket launcher and flying out on his jetpack, cape billowing behind him.

Joe really did seem like the nicest guy. He was very calm, collected, and soft spoken. He also had a full head of hair, unlike Dave.

Now that I think about, I think the judge mentioned the theft once at the beginning of the trial, but it was never brought up again. Maybe they will talk it about today? I guess we'll see but it is weird.

That’s been my impression. I’ve heard the “bagel recording” were he came off as a bit ornery but he gets a pass. He’s old and I’m sure that Dave is 100% at fault when it comes to Dr Joe’s rare blowups. Ultimately the Dr’s don’t want any of this for Dave. He just makes it so easy.

I’m interested in any financial details that may come out today. Is he really on disability? What is his primary claim to that disability?
