I was a hiring manager for several years and almost exclusively hired gen z employees. Anyone who believes these numbers is a retarded boomer just looking for an excuse to shit on younger generations. Boomers can't die fast enough.

Naaah. Reeve was your typical NY/LA turbo liberal in his time. A few internet searches will clear that up for you. I have little doubt, unfortunately, that he'd go along happily with the garbage that Obama/Biden did while in office. Just like everyone else in that affluent NY/LA liberal bubble did. For me, Christopher Reeve is definitely a "separate the art from the artist" kind of guy.

I wanted to be like girl, meditate on that for a minute, but I'm paid to be a dem so I was like fasho. Lol.

This is a good deal for the realtor because they sell entire neighborhoods at once, so they make far more money by collecting a flat fee per house than they ever would doing traditional high-touch sales for a percentage commission.

What they don’t understand, is that if you asked your average voter if they’d rather want a 5% raise over 3 years instead of a 10% raise, as long as it means less immigration and less Globohomo values, plenty of folks would say: “Hell yes!”

I don’t approve of everything Trump does, but I really loathe this GDP penny pinching kind of attitude. “But tariffs and less immigration might mean a 0,7 drop in GDP!”

A White realtor can’t copy these tactics because they’d go broke. They have to make lots of money per house sold because they’d only sell a few houses because their clients want to spend a lot of time comparing different ones and negotiating with the seller.

The Indian realtor on the other hand can sell an entire neighborhood at once to thousands of newly imported immigrants who don’t care what house they buy because owning any house back home means that you’re in the top 0.01%. The real estate agent in the ad operates in three states and is partnered with a half dozen megabuilders; they’re just forwarding emails, not visiting the homes.

Developers love them because they’ll buy their overpriced poorly-built houses and banks love them because they’re too stupid to understand interest or PMI and vastly overpay over the life of the loan. A lot of people are making money off of this scam, and normal American home buyers are paying the price.

I have manually parsed through the public Stripe job listings and can 100% confirm this listing does not exist on their public website. They have no software positions in Seattle that they are disclosing. This is fucking fraud.

You want to know where they hid the job listing so no one qualified in the US will find it? It's in the newspaper.

Here's another one, you might think the abbreviations are due to character count restrictions on the newspaper instead of making sure you can't find it in a search engine.
