Phones and electronic locks have an upside-down keypad compared to keyboards, starting with 1 at the top-left, so that's one possible way it was fucked... But we'd have to check the old version of the game from before the numpad change to be sure. You never know if low IQ Maldy accidentally made a numpad that literally doesn't exist on any real-world object.
