I do hope she pops back up in Syria only because it's her biggest shithole to date, she fucking hates it, and it means Shitboy bum has to coddle the 400 lb toddler he's attached himself to in lieu of making an honest living. And she's no doubt burned any hospitality the natives felt obligated to give her, on top of just having scammed a local downie child.

There's the possibility that Sasa's parents never found out about the scam. They likely don't speak English and might have thought they were just leaving Salah and Chantal babysitting their daughter for a while during that infamous live.
The second possibility is that the parents were in on the e-begging, or that someone over there that knows of Chantal's channel told them how she robbed them of $1000+. It just takes one curious individual with basic English skills and some use of google translate to search her name on the internet and uncover the truth.
I can only imagine that gossip spreads pretty fast around those parts, and many of Salah's friends and family probably know each other. I don't think she would be welcomed back the same way if she ever did decide to go back to Syria. She may have created a whole new community of haydurs, one that she would have to live with in close quarters at the "family home".
Otherwise, she'd have to lock herself in some remote apartment with Julia to avoid everyone. Not so different from Kuwait, where early on she burned the bridge with Alaa and his wife, and the rest of Salah's friends' wives at those camping escapades.
This time it's worse though, because whether the locals hate her or not, the food still sucks for her taste (except KFG), there's no constant AC, and the health care is in shambles.
