Deckard is definitely not a replicant, no matter what Ridley Scott says, but Rekieta definitely is. Just imagine him taking the Voight-Kampff test.

You’ve got a little girl. She shows you her cocaine collection plus a rolled up $20...

I've been searching but is there a clear reference to when Rekieta was representing someone while banned from practice? I originally thought it was April and of course his offering advice to people like Melton but was he stupid enough to do it for real?
I'd normally search on your behalf for a proper effort post but, like many here, my energy is low for anything Nick. I'll leave it to you (or anyone else) to find it.

This is my memory: He was representing a distillery in the Twin Cities. He discussed it last summer. If you word search his streams since his arrest but before his "comeback", I think you'll find it. He talked about in relation to an Asian restaurant or bar he went to with April & Co.

I recall doing a ton of dumb googling for distilleries in the Twin Cities with the key words "distillery + Rekieta". Nothing came up.

I'm assuming this is the client in question because April's traffic violations preceded his being banned from practice, I believe.

It was just "qover", because Aaron had said previously he was going to his dealer during that meal. The distillery was his coke dealer.

Been off this a few weeks, see it's on life support. Do something entertaining or rot in piss, Balldo. Get a DUI. Fight your son again. Get fisted in the Stoney's bathroom. Anything. Otherwise, I'm out for good and I would be 1/800th of your entire viewer base at this point, so get it together and let's party!

Maybe. He mentioned it 2x that I recall. He seemed pretty serious about having a "client" that he was "representing" (his words, IIRC). Would Nick refer to his dealer as a client? I wouldn't know. (Seems like it should be the opposite.) Thankfully, I've never done hard drugs and don't know these things.

at this point i completely throw out all my hopes and predictions for a proper dramatic downfall. He's fading into obscurity with a whimper, like a completely submissive defeated bitch.
I don't know. I think this might just be the calm before the storm. I'm confident we'll eventually get the bodycam footage and, while Aaron is dumb enough to botch the HRO for himself, there's still a good chance one is granted for his daughter and that Melton will blame Nick for it. (Of course, it's Minnesota, so it's equally likely that the judge will condemn Aaron's daughter to continue to publicly be the subject of Melton's vile fantasies for the high crime of having a dumbass for a dad.) There's still plenty that can make Nick start going downhill in a hurry.
You reach down and grab the cocaine. The girl shows you her shrunken belly and visible ribcage from starvation. She reaches for the cabinet for food, her arms flailing trying to open it but she cant. Not without your help, but you're not helping.
How could she have trouble opening the cabinet when the doors have been removed as a tribute to Nick's departed friend?
