Hmm interesting up-date on the Texas Democrats who fled the state to avoid a vote on the re-districting order.

Turns out it was Beta O'Rourke's PAC that agreed to pay for the flights and the expensive of the Reps for "as long as it takes"

The fool is on the news bragging about this and he's been added to Abbott's lawsuit vs the Dem Reps as proof that this is a wilful, pre-planned avoidance of the Rep constitutional duties. Not a smart move Beta, your ego trip may be the fact that helps Abbott boot all your cronies out of office. According to Texas law the Rep's have a legal duty to attend session and can forfeit their offices if they do not. In fact forfeiting of the office is the default action for any house member that is found to have abandoned their duty to represent their constituents.

It also doesn't help the lead Dem, some chink named Woo, is active on Twatter posting images of the private jets, the hotels and the meeting with that fat pedo fuck Pritzker. All the time begging for donations to cover the 500 dollar a day fine. Which again is pretty iffy territory as fines cannot be covered by PAC funds as they're intended as punishments for the individual.

O'Rourke has been in regular touch with House Democrats since President Donald Trump suggested that Texas Republicans shift five congressional districts in their favor. Powered by People has been putting funds aside since Trump's directive, and O'Rourke assured the caucus in the weeks leading up to the potential vote, if they wished to leave the state, they would have his support, both in rhetoric and cash.

Here's to hoping the Texas Court allows Abbott to give the Dem Reps who fled and refused to return to be given the old boot from and don't come back trick.

Title 13 of the US code enshrined the decennial census. Congress made the ten year census law.
It says that a census must be done every 10 years, not that a census can only be done every 10 years.
The Secretary shall, in the year 1980 and every 10 years thereafter, take a decennial census of population as of the first day of April of such year, which date shall be known as the “decennial census date”, in such form and content as he may determine, including the use of sampling procedures and special surveys. In connection with any such census, the Secretary is authorized to obtain such other census information as necessary.
The code also asks for a mid decade census that can’t be used for apportionment, but again, it does not restrict the Secretary from doing another census on top of the required ones.

The US and pretty much any other country that tolerates neoliberalism can expect this kind of shit if that psychotic anti-religion prevails.

Is everyone ready for a census every four years? They take two years to do.

Its amazing how quick liberals are to turn on their ancestors who without their 'colonization' we would still be in Europe under some fag king. They only see the bad and ignore all of the vast gains made because of said actions.

edit: yes I know their ancestors were most likely farm equipment, I am speaking in generalities.
So what we ehould just stay stipuck on earth for ever. Never reach for the sky’s just be content with earth! Fuck that I wanna build a space empire.

Where neoliberliasm prevails, children stand to be hurt the most — as California illustrates:

The ostensible purpose is likely to win the support of most shitlibs:

As the American population is displaced at blitzkrieg pace, nearly half of California school children have at least one immigrant parent. But the law would apply to all children.

Mr. Magoo could see where this is heading:

The bill, introduced by Democrat Celeste Rodriguez, is entitled “The Family Safety Plan Act.” If it becomes law, it will do for family safety what the Inflation Reduction Act did for inflation reduction.

Like Sodom and Gomorrah before it, California is reaching the point where it is no longer inhabitable by the sane and decent:

Pastor Jack Hibbs of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills warned his congregation last week about Assembly Bill 495, which supporters claim would expand child welfare protections by legally recognizing caregivers and providing children with access to family services without unwanted disruptions.
Titled the Family Preparedness Plan Act of 2025, the bill would expand the definition of a “caregiver” to include “nonrelative extended family members,” defined as “any adult caregiver who has an established familial or mentoring relationship with the child, or who has an established familial relationship with a relative of the child.” In turn, any “caregiver” would be allowed to take custody of a child by merely handing over a signed “affidavit” to school or childcare staff.

As noted recently, the insane bill would allow nefarious actors to abduct children from school without parents’ knowledge. Democrats’ main justification is that it would facilitate the Fifth World welfare colonization that they so aggressively support by allowing children who have been brought into the country unlawfully to escape deportation with their parents.

In addition to the obvious application to child sex trafficking, the bill would allow groomers to subject children to sex change procedures without parental consent.

As part of his Real Impact ministries, Hibbs announced the “Stop AB 495 Rally” on Aug. 19 at the steps of the state capitol in Sacramento, and said he’s hoping to rally as many as 5,000 Christians to show up to voice their opposition.

California might be too far gone to be saved by rallies.

“If this bill passes, I am going to ask you to leave the state of California,” said Hibbs. “You’re gonna need to pack up and get out; you gotta get out. You gotta run with your kids. You gotta go.”

And don’t look back, or you might become a pillar of salt.

Do they actually take two years to do or do they take two years to doctor? I'm just saying, if you don't have to track down a bunch of illegals who don't have registered addresses then it probably streamlines things quite a bit.
It takes time to actually do them, I remember being a census taker back in 2000, was a good way to get a few bucks for beer, smokes and extra gas money. You'd have to make up to 5 attempts make contact with someone, and me being around appalachia it was a tad dangerous to go knock on some doors lol.

All that took time, I did it for about 6 months on the afternoon and weekends.

I'll believe it when I see it, if Bannon tries I think he might be making a mistake. Even if he can tap into populist sentiments, he's not a billionaire like Trump and doesn't have the backing of a billionaire like Vance.

I’d definitely consider him for a top cabinet position, but he’s probably not presidential material.

The hatred towards RFK jr. from the left has always been odd and extra spiteful to me. The man is the nephew of the best Dem president ever that helped shaped the image of the Dems to this day, and had to live though the assassinations of both his uncle and his own father by the deep state. Then he entered the family business himself, tried to be a good American and fix things politically, only to be shunned by not just his party, but his own family too. He is very eccentric, sure, but I don't blame him for being that way, and it should be easy for people on both sides to at least empathize with a man who had his family killed by the feds and wants to fix things.
It's simple, traitors get triple the scorn. Same happens to a woman or black that leaves the plantation.

Democrats being short-sighted retards destroying any perceived gains in Texas? God, please let this happen.
