I can only speak for myself, but I was listening to a video of Asmongold talking about the VISA (and others) vs Steam thing and how he might have Null on to talk about it (that could be interesting). It was running in the background and for some fucking reason, in spite of me not watching a single livestream of his for years now, Nick's stream came up next on the autoplay. Took me a minute to realize it was Nick because his guest did most of the talking - so much for "youtube is blacklisting me guys!!!"
kys Nick you sad junkie.
I bet he's paying for his channel to be promoted in that way, it's not like he has to pay for it with money he's earned.

The cooking with Kurt segment has begun

Something tells me Nick only did this interview because Kurt interviewed Glarer 11 days ago and he wants to shittalk Kurt in front of his former guest.

Edit:

Glarer claims that he thinks that Kurt's interview was disrespectful and wasted his time, so this 100% is a way to get back at Kurt from both of them.

Are there any Nick allies that aren't either drug addicts or pedophiles?

Who is this Glarer guy, anyways? Anything in the phonebook? Anyone who associates with Nick is bad news.

The deferrment of Nick's 28 days in jail is being decided soon.
The following entries appeared in his court case. Sadly the Progress Report is not publicly available online, maybe someone local could try getting that one for us, if it is available locally.

The other document is simply a proposed order that has not been filled out yet. (NO decision has been made)

The Staggered Sentence bit was interesting because I'd never heard of it, so I looked it up just to learn what it even was. Found a document about it in MN for which I attached.

Could mean he would have to keep checking in with a judge. I don't know shit but thought it was interesting enough to share:

Overview:
Staggered sentencing is a rehabilitative approach for DUI offenders developed by Minnesota-based Judge James Dehn. The program relies on increased court involvement in offender supervision, accountability, and treatment to reduce recidivism and create positive long-term behavior change
(National Highway Traffic Safety Administration [NHTSA], 2004).

The basis of staggered sentencing is that offenders serve a portion of their required incarceration, followed by appearances before a judge to assess progress in program completion. In these programs, the offender has the burden of proof to show compliance with the agreed-upon conditions at the end of each segment served.

Compliance with requirements allows the offender to serve the remainder of the sentence in the community; however, non-compliance results in full incarceration.

This program is a viable option for jurisdictions without resources for a DUI court or ones that do not

have buy-in from all stakeholders needed to establish a specialty court (e.g., prosecutors, community
supervision, etc.) while accruing cost-savings through DUI recidivism reductions (NHTSA, 2004).

Yes. If you know the case number, you can pull the docket. It will not show up if you just search by name (like you showed on your screenshot), because it is an ongoing case.
What I’m saying is you don’t need anything to find the case number either. I just found it by using the attorneys’ name.

Perfect, pull up 34-VB-25-1727 next.

(Not that it'll matter when "remain law abiding" has no meaning in Candyass County, but it's still funny.)

Imagine being Nick, all you can get are sloppy seconds.
Glarer claims that he thinks that Kurt's interview was disrespectful and wasted his time, so this 100% is a way to get back at Kurt from 2 scorned lovers.
Ok this guy must be a retard, coming to Nick Cuckieta show and complaining that going to someone else was waste of time.

This poor guy. His time is just being absolutely wasted with this fucktard Rekieta
Fuck this nigger, he's only on because he thinks it's some kind of revenge against Kurt for an awkward interview. Glazer and Nick are made for each other. Petty faggots like them are why Duterte executed drug addicts.

The Glarer (Will Stancil) said that Kurt was a nice guy, but added Kurt doesn't have a sense of humor. Later Nick reads a chat who wants to know what Glarer thought of Kurt's hat.

He responds, "I like Kurt, you know, I mean, I don't have a lot of respect for how he handled this whole situation (his interview with Kurt). But personally, he never did nothing to me. So I liked him. And I thought it was quirky and cool when I was on somebody else's channel and he was on the panel and he put on his hat and sunglasses. And I was like 'go ahead Kurt'. Cause you can kinda tell he has a self-esteem issue and that made him feel cool or whatever, and I wanted to stoke that up for him. Whatever makes you feel good dude man. That's cool."

With forced enthusiasm, Nick says, "I agree."

EDIT: The Glarer, (Will) never said his last name. My brain farted.
