But if you win consistently and show that you're even slightly better (50.5% - 52% winrate) than the people you play against, you should see AT LEAST a marginal improvement in your rank in any team game...

But who'd have guessed it - YOU'RE NOT BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE YOU PLAY WITH! In fact, you're not even "a regular player showing growth", you have a worse winrate than 94% of players according to this statistics site! You win 41% (haha) of the ranked games you participate in!

When you play badly, you have to play more and play better to get back to your previous rank. Don't fucking blame the system when it's working as intended. If you use English language all-round in your sentences then you don't need to capitalize nouns like Germans do even when making use of loan words, at least that's what my little knowledge of German tells me.
